Had the bow set up at a pro shop. It performed just fine ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxQEKUoxLWwayEDZR0NKB-5limn4MBU-2L . And I would say this is a good starting now that I could pass down to my son when he is older. But the package was missing the release and a nock was missing from one arrow.Dealing with customer support was terrible. They suggested I buy a new release rather than correct their own quality control issue because it’s to expensive for the. to ship it out from China.Update: manufacturer got back to me and resolved the issue. I retract the above statement.

Being part of the Tatanka Oyaté (Buffalo People) following the herds of buffalo is what my ancestors did for generations. Seeing your admiration and respect for the creatures made me enjoy this video. Your explanations on just wanting to respect the animal is truly accurate. It’s a holy animal. And very much presents itself as such. Almost always brings you to tears even seeing them. Like you’re graced to be in their presence. Great job! Thank you for sharing your experience

All the hate and dislikes when he couldn’t be more respectful to the animal. The one he harvested was still beautiful but idk there was something about the first one I’m glad he didn’t harvest😂 But good hunt and kill buddy and kudos to you for all the respect you gave the animal, you gave him time after he was gone to lay and enjoy where he was one last time. And it takes a real man to admit they got choked up after you hit the shot. Can’t congratulate you enough and thank the good lord and the Buffalo himself for letting you harvest him. It took hard hours of frustration after they kept running but you took your time, understood and kept going and it finally payed off. Once again congratulations man and thank you buffalo for giving him and his family meat in the freezer and for the entertaining video and also your beauty and just a great hunting experience. Hunting season is right around the corner and will be here sooner than we think ( I hope I’m anxious to get out in the woods already). Great video and content keep it up. EDIT: Yes I know this was a late comment but I just couldn’t help to congratulate this man for the video and thank the Buffalo for giving himself up to this man.

the chase is the fun part, the preparation in order to harvest an animal of that size and magnitude is the fun part. most hunters respect what they are going to harvest as he showed in this video. i know when i harvest an animal i feel remorse, but i also know that i am going to utilize that animal to the fullest extent as he did, no one said it was funny, calm down there dude

TheNicFish 910 it's part of the whole "science" of bowhunting, the arrow pierces the skin and muscle and cuts vital areas, usually in the chest cavity such as the lungs or heart, causing rapid loss of blood and blood pressure, so even the biggest animals can fall with one arrow

I respect the way that you hunt it’s just Buffalo are kind endangered animals and you have a low population I’m not trying to hate and I’m not a vegan I’m just saying you did a great shot for a guy with a bow and arrow but I kind of feel bad for the Buffalo because well during danger species we don’t want another beautiful creature on this planet to go extinct because of human hands no disrespect to hunters

workdragoon948 sorry, what you said is just paradox. You hunt out of RESPECT for nature? That's like to say for example i would not pay a woman properly because I respect her. If you hunt -KILL- an animal, your reason for it should be a better one. When you say you don't kill them just for fun but because it "means something to you", the result is still the same. An animal died for your entertainment. I would not complain if he would have used the meat for friends/family,... That's completly okay but this animal died because he "always wanted to shoot one of these". He still acts respectfull, i wont question that too. But there was still no need to torture this animal with one bow shot to bleed it out in pain and fear. THIS has NOTHING to do with respect of nature. Like it or not, but what you said is just stupid, sorry. And everybody who reads our texts' properly will know I'm not wrong with that. Killing because you always wanted to is still some sort or rather a sort of fun and personal satisfaction than respect for nature.

As a lifetime rifle hunter i do enjoy watching the bow hunting community and hunters for their dedication and ethics.
But videos like these are a perfect example of how the bow comes before the animal, where a 7mm rem or anything basically that is designed to take down bulls would have felled it in a few meters, compared to the extra suffering a bow does just because the hunter is in love with a particular weapon instead of minimizing harm to the animal.
Much respect but its to much of a risk off suffering with bows on larger animals for my liking.
    Regards
