Hi, what is the model number? I just purchased this in Vijay sales exhibition in Mumbai and with all offers it came to 57 k to me. Rs 43 k seems very unrealistic to me.
You know why? The freezer does not have a digital temperature control and uses a dial instead. Only the fridge has a digital temperature control. My 471L LG cost 54k back in 2019 and comes with a digital freezer as well as fridge control. The next reason is this model has a smart inverter which is the older compressor. Mine has the later digital 'linear' compressor.
@@johndoe-vc1we incorrect. linear compressor was their tech between 2014-2017 for which LG had a class action law suit in the USA for making falty compressor. since then I believe they have just added an electronic inverter board onto the compressor and called smart inverter compressor and removed the word 'linear' because now thats got a bad name. But i think its the same thing. I think what they couldnt sell in the US, they are selling to us now in india. They need to use the stock somehow. we wont get any new tech from them till 2027 I think. LG and samsung have really bad reputation in the US

However this has not stopped LG introducing the linear compressor in India and mine clearly states that. Over five years later my fridge is working fine so I'm glad I ignored this lawsuit when I bought back in 2019. Smart inverter was the tech before linear compressor which I think we only saw in 2018
