    I agree, pay attention to how your body responds to the things you are trialing and adjust accordingly. Great advice, great vid as per

    Actually my gym was 15-20 min away, but I quit bc changing clothes and shower took another 20-40 min, so in the end I was like; I could just stay at home and work out for these 30-40 min it takes me to just get ready and go to the gym. That's also why I quit, but I feel bad about spending that money, so I actually invested into some weights and do workouts at home regulary now and called it a life lesson.
    But honestly I would sign up any minute again, if I had a gym partner. Bc I was supposed to go with a friend at the beginning, but in the end we decided for diffrent gyms that are closer to us. We told each other, we would facetime while working out, but it just wasn't the same. I was 16 at the time and there were only grown-ups, so I couldn't really make any friends either.

      yeah having a gym partner makes a massive difference for a lot of people, although I do think that a lot of ppl naturally find gym partners actually at the gym after a while, so might be worth a try :)
