Thank you Paul for showing us a whole bunch of the projects that you may or may not be involved in and looking at all the parts and and imparting your knowledge upon us. LOL great to see you back brother!
Just get a haynes manual, some felt pro gaskets and new head studs.. a torque wrench, gaskets, tools, and time.. i did my own on a 302 v8 was easy.. heads were heavy.. i needed a friends help to lift them.. wooden mallet helped..
you should pull that engine to check the bearings. those look like roller rockers.dont need them. send the heads out and buy the stock rocker pedestals.
Should be a good car when all is said and done. Am curious to know what your Saab stories are these days? I remember you doing a video on the Sonnett last year and then you had mentioned the possibility of parting ways with it due to its deteriorating condition. I remember you got rid of the red Saab wagon a while ago and I think I saw you driving the maxima at one point

Would you do a good video for beginners on doing head gaskets on a ford 2.8L V6?

Pontiac Cutlass?
Yeah normally it would be an Oldsmobile Cutlass but I can't remember if there is a reason it could be a cross-breed-car at this point in its life.
