Agreed. He is telling the truth. It needs a lot of courage to take such decision. The world is corrupting very quickly as we approach the end of the time. Bangladesh is also at the beginning stage of these problems. But USA and western countries are at very advanced stage of these destruction. It is very difficult and horrifying to raise kids here in the West.

Absolutely one sided mentality. He hasn’t investigated Bangladesh enough. Bangladesh has hidden cases of adolescence crime, alcohol use, divorce, homosexuality, cheaters, corruption, gender issues. I have seen it’s much difficult to raise teenagers in Bangladesh. All countries have good and bad. We are bringing up our kids in western countries with modesty. Yes, it can be challenging at times. Isn’t it challenging in Bangladesh too? In general, financial well being, social security is much better off in abroad. That’s why so many Bangladeshis are lining up in foreign embassies. Simple- Bangladesh doesn’t have enough opportunities. It’s good that some are patriotic enough to stay in BD and serving our community. But being psychologically inclined towards one mentality is absolutely incorrect. I am not sure the situation in Germany. But Australia has a large community of Bangladeshi muslims, good social circle. The guest is very orthodox in nature regarding woman power. He is downgrading women’s rights. Just because he isn’t interested for his wife to work, it doesn’t mean all will think the same way. His religious mentality is the main thing that he couldn’t adjust. But staying in Bangladesh won’t guarantee his children’s future. Because Bangladesh is much worst in many levels. In Bd, alcohol isn’t abnormal in universities/ teenagers. These people haven’t lived in abroad enough to judge. However, it’s his choice. In the near figure he will see his own children will be dying to move to abroad !!!
