So sign out of everything and make sure there is nothing that they can steal from u, that puts u or anyone in danger (this could be credit cards, ID, picture and shit) And before declaring your pc is safe u might wanna get it checked out cause of they downloaded a key logger then your fucked cause when u log back in or put a credit card info in like 2 years later they will get that credit card or password exc.
