Yeah he's a fighter in and outside of the Octagon, even to the detriment of his own wife.
He's gonna go down as one of the most self destructive people in professional sports history. Guy is so physically talented and technically talented if he focused on MMA. Hey I’m not complaining tho, as an MMA fan I love seeing X react to UFC videos, and really anyone who is just getting into the sport I love to see it because it truly is one of the greatest sports in the world
I already watched this video when it first came out, but getting to see someone's reaction to seeing the goat is why I'm watching it. Most people's arguments about react content always fail to talk this into account when determining whether something is, "transformative."

Keep in mind, this was him while he made a habit of partying a week before the fight to a point where he would black out drunk. He would regularly fight hung over and in a down after stopping drug use just fire the fight. Party and club until he basically overdosed. Even outside of partying got involved in cocaine and weed. He refused to training for multiple of his fights while keeping a horrible sleeping, eating and drinking schedule. He was destroying his body and mind, and in the end only Jones was ever a threat to his own reign.
How I see it is he blessed by ridiculous talent and cursed with all its side effects. The pressure, expectations, the weight of the world and all the world watching. The responsibilities and temptations that come with fame, power and money. All of it at an age way too young. It got to him and there was nobody there to help him. In the end it couldn’t bend or break his raw talent which was far too great, but for any other it would have been a career ending path.

The second part is cope the only time you can make that argument is from the Reyes fight and that’s one out of 15+ title fights
He’s literally only one arguable fight, and that was against Reyes. The only reason he eye pokes a lot is because he used his hands open to keep distance and grapple.

If most of the fighters are on juice it's fair to say it would be a fair fight if jones is also on gear. Steroids don't effect your fighting iq which is what jones relies on in most of his fights.
If Jones won most of his fights through brute strength you could make the claim that steroids played a huge role in his wins but most of his fights are down to strategy (choking, leg kicks, elbows, waiting for the opponent to gas out, grappling, etc.)

Tbh literally every other fighter is juicing the same amount, they just have enough wit to cycle properly for tests. Jones got caught so often because he clearly has extremely self destructive tendencies, and cared if he popped or not about as much as he cared for the speed limit.
