I wanted to ask a question..I have 3.5 years of work experience in salesforce development. Should I study DSA, system design for SDE roles in product based companies or should go for Salesforce development in product based companies. What you think will be better for long term growth. Also I would like to apply for jobs in foreign countries.
There are many product based compnies who ask only Salesforce apart from FAANG. Just check linkedIn and ask people about joining company to know the culture

I am 58 years old with 27 years of IT experience. I was in to development, implementations, project/program management, BRM and my last 10 years was I was into a CIO role. I came out and started a product development company in healthcare but it did not go well. I am now without any job in hand. I hv developed a CRM product for one of my previous companies in the past, I was a product/solution architect of the product then. I am very familiar with CRM functionality but not familiar with salesforce. Can I get a job in salesforce and what do you think is the best role that I can fit it. Appreciate your response and advice on this.
Great respect for you as at this age also, you have learning attitude. Yes I think as you have already CRM exp, you can apply for product owner, BA, salesforcr techno functional manager etc

I need a blunt piece of guidance or suggestion from an active Salesforce or SAP domain professional in context to my career transition dilemma. I come from a non-technical background (academics and relevant technical experience in either SAP or Salesforce administration and development domains, respectively). My coding knowledge is almost zero, and I have hated math since my schooling or college days. My overall work experience of nearly nine years is slightly unconventional in nature, too. From April 2014 To August 2021 in a self-employed business setting, Due to the second pandemic, I was "forced" to change my domain, and hence, I joined American Express as an assistant manager in the U.S. line of business.
Which training vendor is good to go with in my specific case, Salesforce or SAP MM?
