Amul yes he did explain that you go into safe mode which puts all the applications except for the operating system into a sleep state.then you go into settings where all of the apps are you can freely uninstall the ones that you don't want. Very simple. And if it is not an integral part of the operating system or a bona fide Google products such as UA-cam..... Get rid of it !!! That means games and phony Fix-It program's and stuff like that!!! Good luck to you!!!
If it won't let you uninstall the malware. Go to Security. Then device administrators and turn off what shouldn't be there.

Another great way to remove malware is to go to settings, click on device care, then click on security then scan you phone and your phones should scan for malware and remove it
i've a problem that started 2 months ago i went on a site that i want to download something. When the download finished a lot of apps come out a lot of ads too. There are 5 new apps every morning. Great video but malware can actually still infect your phone through means other than an app. In this case you might want to dig through the files on your phone as well.

I have a problem that it's attached to a former mail account, says it knows passwords and now I can't sign in to certain websites, my computer has so-called protection, but if it's free is it really helping. I thought about a factory reset but I don't know if that will solve anything. The malware will not stop popping up in my junk mail and it seems only to be getting worse. if there is a little hole in ur phone put something in it it will press a button and hard reset ur phone
you can factory reset by turning off then turn it on holding the power button home button and volume down or up button (forgot which) then a screen should appear so you just go to reset and boom fresh phone

You were right, I went to settings, then apps and seen the app that was causing the problem, a fishy app that installed itself by hitting the close button. I uninstalled it right away. Problem gone.

If needed a place you take your phones for repairs can fix it for you... i got 18+ viruses on my outdated laptop and took it to a electronic repair store and they fixed it... they even fixed the broken screen before... they even fixed my mom's phone, and many other issues with electronics... i actually broke my laptop by accident and somehow the 18+ viruses came back or I got 18+ new ones... well I did share it with my twin brother but he started to dislike it as became outdated it is still broken...

@@nehahahahahahah bit late, and the issue he's described seems to suggest that he can't either access safe mode or the malware is bypassing safe mode one way or another. Fortunately simply backing up their files and doing a factory reset would probably fix it.
A tip if you have a huawei ipad then go to setting and security and click virus scanner and if you have a virus it will say that and then it has a button where it says uninstall and if you click it and re open settings and go to security and click virus scanner it will say you have no virus. Most important thing is that hacker hack you from viruses.

I had a problem with XDA couldn't enter safe mode kept going in to reboot cycle even in safe mode! and normal mode. eventually after 5 hours of trying I managed to delete XDA before it rebooted and then it was fine. I think I did something in its xprivacy caused an issue Samsung tablet running 442, any suggestions. Is kingroot safe! from XDA website? the later version I scanned it and it says it's a hacking tool and the old version 4.7 always comes up as a PUA a bit weary of using it

Got up a popup from opera saying i got 4 viruses from adult sites and so I downloaded 360virus and fack idek if it helps. All i know, before the viruses my phone battery takes long to die and now i kinda see that the virus is affecting my battery. if I purchase a new battery, will the virus no longer be implanted IN my phone?

Alien Jaguar so I might need to delete minecraft pe, five Nights at Freddy's 1, five Nights at Freddy's 2, five Nights at Freddy's 3, five Nights at Freddy's 4, and sister location... it is the full game and I didn't pay for it... i went on to Google after I turned on my unknown source setting so I could download unknown sources. I then searched Tutu Helper then downloaded the Tutu helper from first link that has .vip in it I then downloaded the apps from there and I didn't get a virus and it works... i just looked up how to get minecraft for free on youtube and found a video on how to download tutu Helper/ tutu app. You could just look up how to download tutu helper on youtube and get apps for free.... if anyone asks how you know this just say you wanted an app for free and looked it up on youtube to find out how to get it for free...just remember you didn't hear this from me...

Captain here: I used AVG to analyze my phone, and the result was that one app (Mega64, a Nintendo 64 emulator) was infected with malware. I uninstalled the app and bam!! problem solved after a few months. Try it...

Great video, thank you for the simple no nonsense. Straight forward instructions. I have a question though, about the dloaded apps section that you mention. In that section of several of my phones I've found many apps that were factory installed in this section, not just my dloaded apps. Should this alarm me, or is that normal? Also, some, if not all of those apps I usually cannot delete all the way. I can only delete back to factory version of the app. Is this normal, or should I be alarmed about it?

Malware bytes says I have malware in the settings app called the Upgrade Sys app and to disable it but I can't tap the button because it isn't lit up for me to do this can you please help me with this problem. Shervin Chan you should install an app called "Malwarebytes" from the play store, it will scan your phone for about 5 mins and at the end it will tell you which files/apps are malware and then deletes them if you allow it to. it worked great for me

1. Reboot into safe mode
2. Install avast! ransomware removal (if you can download stuff in safe mode)
3. Put avast ransomware removal on the 1st page (the one what comes up when you unlock your phone)
4. Reboot
5. Try and get to avast! ransomware removal and scan before the ransomware comes back up
Hope this helps, I've never had ransomware before so I don't know if this will work, I just decided to comment just incase it helps

Help, I have this aware virus called GoAddSdk, it shows an add everytime your on your lockscreen, I tried scanning with both malawarwebytes and AntiVirus, I tried deleting the files but everytime I go to the lockscreen the files come back, I deleted every app from the Go team, and nothing works. Issam Sh no, but maybe you could download it from a website like I had to a few times. but you should install an app called "Malwarebytes" from the play store, it will scan your phone for about 5 mins and at the end it will tell you which files/apps are malware and then deletes them if you allow it to. it worked great for me

omg i am at the end of my rope here. i just went and got the lady a LG v10 and a month later she accidentally downloaded a prop. watched two people texting back and fourth over a pinterest layiout. she didnt say anything to me about it when it happened. now her phones locked down to a similar boot loop of death but i can play with it and get to the home screen sometimes and then straight off. before i could do anything my laptop and my phone were under attach. im ok with technology and was able to keep the two of them from locking down but i have not found a way to get her phone back on. any ideas

help I can't uninstall a file I found named tencent I started looking for suspicious things on my device cause my device randomly rebooted and my home button didn't work and I started looking for suspicious things through settings then switched to es file explorer and found the file I can't remove it or rename it says task failed
