she really cared, regardless of what all those anti Diana people say. she was sincere when she approached people. when you see the other royals do it, they do with their always fake smile on their faces, and trying to get out of there as soon as possible. William is good with people too, but you can see more of a royal attitude that keeps him away. harry on the other hand, could care less, and just like his mother, he will shake hands, hug, hold kids, joke around with the public. love to see him with children and incapacitated people, just like Diana, he goes after them.
