Thanks for the show ill just advise Ugandans to floss atleast 3 times a week nne wuuzi ezitunga engaato zikoola, use extra soft toothbrush to preserve your enamel and brush twice a day ,if you have sensitive teeth use sensodyn ,clean your teeth 3-4 times a year at the dentist office even when pregnant,use mouth wash etc...

Teeth oooh was a problem for me , am in Saudi naye teeth here are very expensive but Alhmudulillah after removing three teeth am now ok❤but expensive in Saudi ooh one teeth l payed 650,000 at safah makah,second Omar hospital each teeth 400, 400 ,l removed 2 teeth Nate amanyo nganumaaaa before removing them banage truely everyone deserves to do all medicals❤thx to doctor at max❤
