Pokémon Go - SHINY Shadow Ho-Oh Raid!!!

Was stuck in work for most of this event so only had 45 mins at best to try some. With Ho-Oh being double weak to Rock type moves, this is easily possible with just two people.
The main issue is the fact that these raids eat up your gems unless you get in a huge group of people to do these with. I started with 10 gems and after 3rd raid (this upload above) I only had 1 gem left so is impossible to top them back up again. They should have increased the shard rewards for doing these or reduced the shards needed to make a gem.
