Enjoyed it 😍 my printer doesn't like vellum too...I add it with a glue stripe on normal paper...then he takes it and when it comes out...softly taking out and letting dry bc the ink smears 🙄🙄 In the paper options you can choose like glossy paper so that it doesn't use too much ink. Just printed your march dashboards 🥰
Thank you! I’ll try again and play with the settings. Yay enjoy the dashboards! Thank you!
That was my first video of yours that i have seen. That was a great flip! You are really using your planner. I love that blue of your planner! I just got some vellum and I'm going to see if my printer will print on it. I've never printed on vellum before.
Thank you so much! Glad you enjoyed it :)
I hope it works for you!
I'm obsessed with the acotar series too. Cresent city is pretty good too ❤
I’m excited to get into that series!
I’m going to get through acotar and then throne of glass, then crescent city :)
That blue cover is just so pretty! What Tombow is that?
Thank you! It’s most likely 228 :)
Can you go to your local office store and have them print on vellum for you? I'm so sorry I can't think of the name of your chain. Over here it's Officeworks and they'll do it super cheap. I was looking at getting either an HP Sprocket or a Canon Ivy; is there anything about your Sprocket you don't like?
That’s a good idea! Thank you! staples or Office Depot for us! I have no bad things to say about the sprocket! I’ve had it for over a year now. The battery life is still good as well :)
Try using a small piece of tape to stick the vellum to a sheet of printer paper. That will help the printer grab and feed the paper thru. I have to do that with mine but it works great 👍🏼
Thank you! I’ve actually done that and it catches! But the printer smears the ink while feeding it through. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong :/
@@_randisullivan_ Well shoot, I thought sure that would help you. I hope someone else has a solution cause that’s the only vellum hack I know. Some vellums have a smooth side and a rougher side, that might be worth playing around with 🤔
@@ThePancakes007thank you so much tho!
Is the vellum thicker than your other papers you usually print? I have to select “coated paper” on my printer when trying to print on cardstock or my printer won’t recognize the thicker sheets.
I’m pretty sure it’s not thicker but I’ll check and try that! Thank you!
@@_randisullivan_ ofc. You’re welcome. I really hope it works. How frustrating to not be able to print on vellums. 😞 Some of my acetate has the white sticker paper strip so my printer grabs it. Another option I’m thinking if you could try to take 1 strip of paper 1/4” or 1/2” right at top where it feeds to see if it grabs that or even just washi tape so it has something to grab. I hope that makes sense as well. I love printing on vellums and will be doing more prints for my rings planner tomorrow.
so your printer will pick up tomoe river paper but not the vellum.?
Yes! It’s frustrating. I’ve even tried taping the vellum to regular paper and it catches but completely smears the ink while printing
