    I use pliers to pull off silver skin. Saves lot of meat. What I cant get with pliers I get with knife

    During the quartering and butchering process, is there a timeline you should follow to make sure the meat doesn’t spoil? I see this is all being done outside and not in a freezer.

    That’s how we do down south! I’m new to Missouri and they hang deer up here to age, of course it’s cold enough here, we shoot, hang, quarter and ice it just like u did!
