I’m a Maine lobsterman, the island almost sounds like mount Desert rock. That being said he got a few things wrong but a interesting story nevertheless.
Never trust a dude named Nate. And how do they think they can get away with no answers?? Whys the water special? What role did Em play in everything? She was surprised when homeboy got tossed for a swim but thought about finishing the narrator off. And whats the deal with the island as a whole?
Those are the portions of the story line that your imagination is supposed to fill in. Hence the reason why the genre is called horror/ mystery. If you really need to have every last detail filled out for you might I suggest that you stick to the Hardy boys/Nancy Drew stories. That way they will tidy up all the loose ends and leave you with a warm snuggly feeling at the end, and all will be well with the world again. Lol dufus
@@corybritton1804 what do you achieve from insulting someone on UA-cam...do you feel like a bad ass now? The dude asked a question because in all honesty the ending of this story was pretty damn weak
@@corybritton1804 i got a good feeling you arent very popular at your middle school. Maybe daddy is a bit tough on you? Either way id work on your people skills. But I HIGHLY doubt youve got the balls to talk like that to anybody to their face. Either way no skin of my back bud, but if take the time to listen to or read a story, I prefer the author to not leave a bunch of random loose ends and empty plot points. Maybe the people who write Nancy Drew and Hardy Boys are just better authors?
I like the click bait artwork. When I traveled to Maine, a number of years, my favorite spot was Portland Head Light. Had the place to myself and watched and listened to the white caps crash against the craggy rocky shoreline. I gazed out at the ocean and thought of how vast and timeless it was. The lights from the ships could be seen and I heard the whales singing. Maine is a beautiful state, even if it is full of monsters...
This was different. In a good way. I enjoyed it. The mystery built slowly and when it reached it's peak, it drops you into dark, wet, mystery. Good one. Narration great as always O.I. 👍
Hi ,,,,Operation insomnia, I love hearing your enthusiastic, nature everytime your on here ,,YOU sound like your doing what you love ,,,WE'LL IT SOUNDS LIKE THAT !!!!Hey Thank You again ,,,FOR all the work you put in for us!!!!!'
Awesome narration but WTF is up with stories that have shitty endings? It was just getting good, only for it to choke and fall flat on it's face. I've noticed this trend becoming popular with short stories in recent. I know it's nothing new, but it seems more authors are doing this to try and be different, when in reality it's just comes off as poor writing. A lame trend that I hope gets the wind taken out of it's sails sooner than later.
Can't wait to here this story! Been living in Maine for while now and have seen/had some weird things happen during hunting season.
I'm down to hear about those weird things during hunting season.🤚

Your voice is music to my eardrums!!! Thank you OI!
Ending fell flat, but as always great job on narration!
Stephen King is Maine's biggest monster. They don't need any more.

Maine was established from a portion of Massachusetts... Now we know why they let it go so easily.

His brothers “sweet 16” 😂😂😂 very cute 🤣
Wait what?!! The story ends like that, it was a good one.
Nice story!!! You did an awesome job on it!!!
Great story and narration! 😊✌👍👀
Loved it 🙌
Is the island actually some massive sea creature.. with magical properties to heal..?..!..
The story felt a lil empty but as always your narration got the sentiment & emotion across
Is it just me or is Maine in a way the Oregon/Washington of the east coast?
Oregon/Washington is the Maine of the West Coast.
Check the origin of how Portland Oregon got it's name ( they stole it from Portland, ME it's a fun story )
u the best u 1/ 2/darkness prevail / 3 being scare/4 unit 522
💚
No...that's why it's called a stereotype....
Wait, what's the connection between the narrative and the title? Where are the monsters that Maine is apparently not full of?
You misunderstood.
The title implies that sometimes there IS no monster.

What's up with the title?
"Maine Is Not FULL Of Monsters, Emphasis On Full"
Yeah. Sometimes there's no monster.
