  • Hi guys! As you know Pete and I love to seek out hidden gems in Italy and tell you all about them and Torrita di Siena is no exception. This is a walled and gated town that dates back 1,000 years. It has all the Tuscan charm and architectural beauty you expect in a medieval Italian hill town. But it is so easy to get around! Torrita di Siena is supremely walkable with gorgeous little vias and alleys taking you to fabulous Tuscan views. Don't miss this gem. The properties there seem to be pretty high value too!

This is one of the most beautiful villages I have seen. So clean and the exteriors are so uniform . I love the brick facades, the doors, the pavement. I would love to visit there. .

Hi Chris, this is a lovely find. I am guessing this is a sleepy little town but it looks just beautiful. I will poke around idealista to see if there are interesting properties in the center. There IS a train in this town and it is 10 minutes to Montepulciano. It is a regional line so I didn't fully investigate but it looks like Chiusi is close too and the larger cities like Florence with a connection.

Hi Martha. It is a beautiful town. We loved it and Lorella can work there as well. Yes the train station in Chiusi has a lot of options for trains to everywhere. Also there is a car rental right there making it extremely convenient. It was not that expensive either.

Oh that is too bad. I am sorry it did not work. Just watch the tour part. There is no talking, just music.
