- Our oldest son starts the vlog off with his mother. We then move on to waking up our toddler who has a story to tell. We talk about our new years resolution for 2023, fingers crossed. Then we finish up our video going to my sisters house the day before her hopefully last surgery from breast cancer.

So it seems like the boys and Odessa are thriving at pawpaws place! You all look at lot less stressed. Enjoy your time with family. The kids seem more active and happy. I quit pop too! December 4 th was my last day! I just went straight to unsweetened tea! You can always use a sweet tea to sweeten an unsweetened tea a little bit! I need to get healthy too ,my blood sugar is out of control! I wish you luck on your journey! 😊❤ Love all of you!!

Death by Sugar is a good video to watch. That being said, I'm terribly addicted to Dr. Pepper. Thanks for being an inspiration to quit. Tea is much better for you. Not just green tea but black tea has many benefits.

I stopped drinking that to Jody. 👍 if you have this where you live I drink sparkling ice . The flavors are really good.
I gave up all soda and flavored drinks and I only drink water with fresh lemon or iced coffee. It’s hard but worth it!
Soda and sugary drinks cause so many dental issues! It’s awful that dental care is so expensive in the US.

Hey try this take any flavoured loose leaf tea and brew over night cold in the fridge and drink the next day it’s better for you and tastes amazing in the summer and it’s healthy !..
Totally true about the "pop" .I have not had any pop since high school and when I drink it now it is far too sweet. it's all the sugar content so I drink green tea and you can get flavoured fruit tea bags that I just infuse in spring water. they have absolutely no sugar or artificial sweeteners in them because they are just tea and I also drink a lot of plain spring water or naturally flavoured spring water which also has absolutely no sugar or artificial sweeteners in. blood orange and mango flavoured sparkling spring water is my favourite. There are no colours in these as well but in Canada they add extra carbon dioxide into which is not done in Australia.
Not trying to be mean but does your sister have cancer? My aunt died of cancer and I just lost my dad to covid Christmas eve of 2021 he was only 53 and I'm still in high school I never thought my dad would go so soon. You should never lose a parent before grandparents.

give up all the ( extremely over sweetened) bottled drinks, pop, tea.. Drink water or seltzer. Add freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice. You are consuming too much white sugar. Not only is it fattening, but white sugar is VERY unhealthy and John's teeth are rotting.
Why would you tell her to do what she has just told us she has started doing already?
