I prefer dump and go freezer meals because I don’t have an entire day to dedicate to cooking. So I like the ones where all the uncooked ingredients go in a bag and then you cook them day of in a crockpot, oven, etc
Yep, us too! That's why you'll find most of our videos and the recipes on our site are dump and go meals. Fast and easy! But once in awhile, we like to make some "foodier meals" that require more time up front.
OMG! I'm so excited! You wouldn't believe how hard it is to find real vegetarian recipes these days. It's all vegan or omni. Every one of these looks so yummy . I'm making them all immediately. 🥰 You guys are awesome.
We make a curry almost identical to yours, same mix of spices, with onion and red lentils and tomatoes, but we also add a carrot, half a diced sweet potato and about a cup of diced butternut pumpkin or Japanese pumpkin. We call it orange curry. My dils best friend is vegan and she comes over for dinner several times a month so i always have vegan freezer meals prepared.

I miss recipes linked below. I understand have the new site w/ membership but I'm on a fixed income so have to be quite frugal on spending money. So I miss out on recipes that dont have links to recipe or amounts stated in vid which takes time to transpose.
I still get to drool though
Don't worry. We are continuing to add recipes to our free site. There have been so many great new recipes we've discovered that we're having a bit of a hard time keeping up, but they're coming!

If you have ingredients like the cheese or salsa and beans that come already cooked, why waste a bag to put it in the freezer? Just dump the can of beans add the cheese and the salsa and avoid the waste.

Have you ever heard of souper cubes? They"re very useful for freezing liquids. You first freeze the soup in the silicone cubes, once frozen, remove and 4 of the large cubes will fill a gallon size freezer bag. Its easier to defrost or heat and eat. The four big cubes fit wonderfully into an ipot with the lid closed. to either let sit on warm or each cube will fit into easier to handle microwave bowls. Also easier to clean the freezer bag to use again, if it will pass the hold test. I don't think I'd use them for dump and go freezer meals. They have the smaller sizes so you could defrost 1 cup, 1/2 cup portions for those times when you don't need as much food. Check them out:) Enjoying your videos for inspiration:)
Yes! I use them sometimes for freezing individual portions of things like soups or chili.

Sharla here: Me too! I was vegetarian for many years and still have a preference for meatless meals overall.
NOT HIGH BROW...but green lentils are a lenten staple at our house! I use a textbook sloppy joe sauce and add green lentils to it...they clump together in the "right way" my kids thought it was a regular sloppy joe the first 3 times they had them! Im not sure if that would freeze well or not...but every spring "sloppy lennys" are a thing at our house!

Not vegetarian, but you know what else goes well with artichokes? Crab meat! A local restaurant has a cream based crab and artichoke soup that is delicious. You have to use the real stuff, not imitation crab. Yum, yum!

Always love all of your fantastic recipes. For me a Veggie Fried Rice is something I could eat every day. And I'm not a Vegetarian. I do love Veggies though. And it's good for you. Besides we all need to start eating healthier. Detox from all the Fast Food and Junk Food that sneaks its way into our lives! ❤
