I don’t think all of it is inspired by demon slayer, I just know it WAS inspired.
For example the characters distinctive look to that of demon slayer characters.
After that, the artist would of worked off these characters to add their own context and story, by using the inspiration as a scaffold for the work.

I think those might be "blank" androids? If you look at the woman's right hand/wrist and knee/calf, they're robotic, like she's an android, too, and they have the same joint structure as the lil' background fellows. I could be wrong, though.
