I love your videos! The music is pleasant and I like that you don’t speed everything up but allow the techniques to be seen as you are progressing and the way you pause to show how things are done. It makes it easy to follow. Thank you so much.
Just stunning,,not sure I’m brave enough to tackle it ,though slowing it down to snail place might work , hubby s valentine’s present .2 weeks to go ,is it doable for a novice ?
I really like this design. Especially the way you made your tree. So cool the way the twisting replicates the branches and the roots. …I thought it was a shame you’ve cut the excess roots treads. I really thing the design would benefit from them. Either just left hanging or possibly woven randomly though the web. It would show beautifully how a tree’s root system spreads like a web ;) Thank you so much for your videos, you are great. Ps: Yesterday i followed your moon tutorial and made a slightly bigger one for my son’s bedroom. It looks absolutely beautiful. xx Pedro

As a Dream Catcher maker myself for the last 25+ years, I would have time forwarded the video and not allow your viewers to watch each weave, though you’ve done a fantastic job (I loved learning these new techniques from you) fast forwarding might have been nice , I dozed off several times..lol...maybe it was the music....regardless, I totally enjoyed every bit..god bless, keep up the great work, I can’t wait to watch the next video (btw, my dream catchers are Ojibway style, similar to yours, but made with sinew, glass beads that are situated within the circle to represent dew after it rains, beads that were handed down from mother’s and grandmothers, and feathers of course....I can’t wait to make this catcher and gift it to my daughter 💕
Thank you for sharing your thought 🥰 The reason we do slow tutorial is that we realised a lot of people are vision learner, they can't pick up if we speed up the tutorial. Fast learner can always fast forward but slow learner need a slow video. We appreciate your patience 😊 Can't wait to see your work ❤ Please share with us through instagram by hashtag #TheCraftCatOnline , this will also make you entitled for lucky draw , stand a chance to win random diy kits
Maybe you hadn't realized this (I didn't for a long time) but you can "grab" the progress bar "ball" that moves along the progress bar and drag it forward (or backward) to move to different parts of the video. If you hover at a certain point it will show a pop-up thumbnail of what is at that point so when you let go you will know what you are about to see. Hope this helps.
The Craft Cat I will certainly do this once my schedule allows it, believe it or not Covid hasn’t slowed my work timing down 😩, I’m looking forward to seeing more tutorials, always something new to learn. Stay safe, stay healthy.
@@TheCraftCat yes exactly! I am very new to dream catching weaves and I loved how you did every weave it really is easy to get messed up and not realize it. Then having to go clear back sucks, but this helped alot!
Absolutely stunning 😊. I can’t wait to get my supplies and try my hand at it 😁. Thank you for taking the time to really thoroughly and clearly show exactly how I can make one too. With such attention to every detail in making this Tree of life I am confident that I’ll be able to make one too 😸😸😸.

Absolutely gorgeous! I have been watching your videos these past few days its mesmerizing. Curious...is there a significance to the numbers of beads you are using for each strand? Or is it just to fit design?

@@TheCraftCat Will do ones it's done, it's not very good tho since it's my first and likely last dream catcher; to hard on my health sadly to make.
How long does it take you to do one like this? There's a lot of work there and the result is absolutely stunning.
Hi Linda, about 7 days, depends on craft experience and how many hours per day you spent on making it😊 The beads took a lot of time too.
👌😍

If you start the tree at the roots, you can leave a bit hanging from the knots at the top to look like leaves.
Thank you for the suggestion ❤
What type size thread u have used for web
Dark brown is 5 ply cotton thread and white is jeans thread. You can use any thread as long as not too thick and not too thin.
Muy lindo👏
