People got lazy. If they had been charged for the plastic bags in the first instance, then perhaps things would’ve been slightly better and they’d have reused instead. Personally, I like the recyclable ones that one can use for vegetation food waste for the garden at the end of its use.

Yes, BYOB is the best policy… but Kraft handled bags, to me personally, is moving backwards in terms of sustainable practices.
