So good to see you again. Great progress on Beautiful girl, I have a couple of those charts with different sayings. Sorry for your loss I never watched her, but I know her loss will be felt by many. Happy stitching Patty
Hi Carolyn. Thank you for the update. Great progress! Love the rose. I'm happy you're pushing through with Christmas Dinner! So sorry for your loss. xx⚘️
So cute the comic.and yay to continuing on! And summer montage love it! Oh so thankful your friend is doing well. Been there and hope never again. Daleen and I messaged a lot the past few yrs, she was a special soul. A gracious kind person. So so sad.
Hello Carolyn: Good to see you again,I would just keep going, thank you for the information on the thread keepers. Oh my gosh that bag is lovely, 115 hours you have been busy, I thought my 45 hours was a load, I like the colors you chose for your new start, love the flower/scissor frog, beautiful color. Nice stash enhancement, looking forward to seeing what your next stash enhancement will be. Such sad news thank you for letting us know, I was not a follower. Good news about your friend with breast cancer will keep her in my prayers.
I am so sorry on the loss of Daleen. Everyone has left such kind words in her memory, I wish I had known her. All your stitching looks fantastic. Sorry your summer month is over, but goodness, you accomplished a lot! Happy stitching, my friend. Hugs. ❤
Hi Carolyn I am glad that you are going to finish Christmas Dinner. Love your WIPS - I miss seeing Cat Alphabet. Take Care & Happy Stitching ❤️🤗🙏☕️🧵🪡🧵❤️
I would keep stitching on the one with half stitches. It will give it dimension, texture, it's back ground and will be shadowy. I have piece I did years ago, I truly love it, it has back ground trees , half stitches, looks great
So sorry for your loss of your friend. The rose on Summer Montage is so beautiful. I wish I had a real rose that color. That color is so hard to find in real life. Happy Stitching.
I've heard that frogs are about the size to fit into cup holders. They make stitchy baskets out of picnic baskets that have cup holders on them and put the frogs in there to hold them. I still love that Halloween window. I'm waiting for payday to try to get it. My heart goes out to Daleen's family. Thank you for sharing the news. She will be missed.
Glad to catch up with you. I do fractional stitches as best as the pattern shows or the picture shows, glad to know there isn't a wrong way. So sorry to hear of a fellow stitcher has passed to the stitching heaven, prayers for all. Until next time take care.
Hi sweet friend! So sorry your month off is over already but I know you were very productive during that month. Summer Montage is looking so gorgeous. The rose looks real. Great progress on Beautiful Girl. I have moved most of my overdyed flosses to the new house since I have all the stuff I am going to work on until September pulled. I am so far behind due to not stitching for nearly 3 weeks in June and July due to the fire, and then with Baby passing I didn't stitch a couple of days. I got her ashes back this week in a beautiful wood carved box along with her paw print engraved on a keyring with her birth and death dates on the back along with the Rainbow Bridge verse on a bookmark and a really nice card with a packet of wildflower seeds. Congrats on the green scissor frog. If you can find the right size cup or short vase, that works well for holding the frog so the tips don't scratch things. I love the mouse wedding photo on the front of TWCS so looking forward to the flip through. I am having a hard time coming up with something for over the Mountains but may end up using a bird of some type. So sorry to hear about a fellow floss tuber who passed. Hugs to you. Love and hugs to you and the boys. Happy stitching and don't get too bored in all your meetings. Dawn
I’ve never heard or even thought about what direction the half stitches should be placed. My 1/2 stitch lays opposite from the second leg of my full cross.

The comic strip is funny. I laugh every time I see the "Buying Cross Stitch Like I'm An Immortal" pattern.
It's such a great pattern!
Love some knitting thrown in, need the motivation to get back to it !! Thx

I order annies keepers on Etsy 100 count. I love them. So easy to pull off 1 thread when stitching. I found out about them from you.

Carolyn, that buck that buck is so sweet looking. Everything looks great. ❤ take care
You got a frog! I am going to ask my mother if she has an extra one…so useful.🦉🧵🌞🔆☀️
So sorry for your loss.
Such sad news, Daleen will be missed
Please accept my sincere condolences on the passing of Daleen.

I think it's ok! Just adds texture!
Summer montage is beautiful! That rose could stand on its own. How big will that stitch be when totally completed?
It's big! 340 stitches wide by 435 stitches high!
