I was suffering so badly from Ocular Rosacea due to my Rosacea worsening years ago. I can literally remember the day I saw Dr. Toyos on a news channel talking about this new procedure. I was ready to book an appt ASAP and fly to his office when I found a doctor in New York that was just “trained” by Dr. Toyos an Eye Surgeon named Dr. Bloom and I was the first patient he ever treated and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. Dr. Toyos and Dr. Bloom saved my life!
I did a procedure very similar. He did the blephex cleaning tool to clean the bio film on the surface. It felt soooo good. Then he took this special warming tool to melt the shit in the glands and extracted. Then used a bunch of painful eye drops and I want almost blind. I took a nap and woke up feeling like a million bucks. Lasted about 6 months. I have to go back when things open. The guy I went to was in another state so the guy I’m going to in my city does the ipl.
Protocol, Parameters, and technology are important. If you do not get an effect after the first treatment then it has not been done correctly or with the right IPL technology. If you let me know what area the world you live in I can direct you to a center that I have trained.
Dr toyos. I have alot of broken and wonky and missing glands on upper eye lids can you please tell me how and if IPL reaches the upper eyelids? please reply.
pls answer me 1) there are 2 machine for dry eye that i know--lipi flow & another is IPL__my question is--for whom these are used?? & 2) if i use these-then can i get relief from using eye drop permanently? i have suffering from little dry eye from the age of 20 now age is 26
Does this treatment completely resolve dry eyes or MGD ..I am suffering from last 7 years and my day to day activity like job and carrier is affected because of this .. I was working as a software engineer at Pune, India but now I left that field .

It could, but you would be without eyebrows, for that it is complemented with other heat treatments. Although it is a never-ending thing, they are covered again, it is very difficult to eliminate the bacteria that lodge in the glands.

El Anonimo SONRIENTE Have you heard of blephex?
Did you take treatments for sebaceous glands?
Get Lipiflow treatment. It worked for me. 90% better.
@@KJ-pu8dw lipiflow was a waste of money for me no difference at all glad it worked for you
What is the cost is it pre eye cost or both with one cost Im going to do this . if insurance don't cover it
about $300-350 per session. insurance doesn't cover it. they only allow the upper-class access to it.
the upper eyelid has 60 glands whilst the lower lid has much much less. Shame it can't do the important part.
