USWA was way ahead of its time! The Women could work the mic, wrestle, and incite a crowd! It also turned into a feeder federation for Vince, stars like "The Rock", "The Road Dog Jesse James", "Double J" Jeff Jarrett, and Miss Texas who became Jacqueline. Also USWA stars would wrestle WWF stars in Memphis including Brett Hart, Shawn Michaels, Macho Man, and Sensational Sherri and Luna! Good Stuff miss those days!
Her career in wrestling should've gon further .. she is clearly by far one of the best wrestlers to debut the scene .. wwe did her wrong and so did tna and wcw .. boy she could have shined
I also believe she should have had a more successful career outside of USWA. I loved her personality and wrestling style. Her shoot interview, she sounded like she was disappointed how her WCW and WWE tenure ended up being with only having short title reigns and not being pushed. You can sense the regret and sadness in her voice. She definitely seems to look at her USWA time in positive light even with the poor pay. I don't think she was happy being a jobber, but at the same time, I get the feeling. she wasn't the go-getter type personality and instead sat back and waited for creative to give her things to do. I thought TNA and WCW did much better with her. From various interviews, I think Kevin Sullivan was high on her and wanted to put her over in a match, but I don't think Eric Bischoff was a fan of her.
+tleatherland: Just thinking of Howard Finkel's feud with Harvey Wippleman in WWE. "Introducing first, the manager, (smug, condescending) Dr. Harvey Wippleman!" Then Harvey grabs the mic, insults and threatens Howard, and introduces Kamala.
I can see the officials in a football or basketball game asking the home crowd for a replay, or the umpire asking the home crowd was he safe or out after an argument. This is the most rehearsed of all "sports?"
Tasha's retired now, She actually put over Jackie in a shoot interview and said that she was her favorite opponent to work against
Jacqueline was unbelievably beautiful and a great wrestler. Miss you!
Tasha Simone rocked! what a spitfire!
I used to stay up till 2 in the morning to watch this and other federations, good times.

Both still look as good if not better today.
Go on Miss.Texas!
Cant believe she used to wrestle in such a small crowd.
I would rather see Miss Texas wrestling a Man!
Yet more super bad video quality. This is 2019! Is there Vaseline on the lens?
Downtown Bruno as the ref? Hilarious! "Down-town...BRUNO!"
