The setup time to stage such a construction project is just crazy. 60M can buy a lot of land and a few houses at ground level just a few miles away I bet. The stratospheric height and price to match would be pretty awesome to hang out in though. Nicely done guys.

Women are very welcome to work in construction at least where I come from. (Scandinavia) But they tend to choose other professions. But I have the perception that it is becoming more common with women in the construction business especially in engineering and such.
