During the installation of WhatsApp business, maybe I missed it but I didn't see you were using a different number. You use two different phone numbers if you want to have both the WhatsApp and WhatsApp Busunes. You use one phone number (the same one on your current WhatsApp) if you wat to change your current WhatsApp Account to a WhatsApp Business account. Hope it helps
