Wife and I here in Vancouver were looking into purchasing a home there, first tho we are getting one here in Vancouver before we make that investment. Was the first property SM Light? I rented there before for a couple of weeks, it was good! Tiny, but it suited our needs. But yeah, not the best condition here in the beginning of your video.
It's my first time renting a room in a condo. I would say the condition of the rooms have decreased over the years as SM Light as the building is almost 10 years already. Some unit owners have already renovated their rooms but those I have visited kept the original fixtures so there are some wear and tear. Would not recommend investing in SM light if you intend to use the unit. Would be better to rent out the place since it's in a prime location

How much per month?
My rent is 18k per month which includes association dues. The ones that dont have a balcony ranges from 15k to 17k.
The room i checked out near mitsukoshi is around 30k per month which is the cheapest I’ve seen within BGC
