Looks like a book inserted in a tight shelf. There could be five feet space between walls and compound. Only sixty to seventy percent of the land could be used for the actual house. Otherwise people living there may face health issues and depression due to no sunlight and not enough air /oxygen. Rooms look like dungeon. Windows not enough in the hall. Elevation is looking good but not livable . Sofa is nice. How much was it.
@@brk1168 opinions and opportunities differ. There is a mindset to fill every inch of bought land with a built up area. That is not always healthy. I never said it is easy or difficult to build a home. My point was a builder could build a well ventilated house. If the customer doesn't care it is their choice. But it doesn't stop one from expressing what could be a better design.
I too agree to some extent except the Windows part.. First actually, I do not understand how do these people get approval for that 2 ft setback, when the actual set back on side is atleast 3.5ft for Corporation and 5ft for village panchayat..!! But Coming to windows, when they are building a house this big with such expense, definitely they will use AC most of time for most of rooms including hall.. So actually there is no need of lots of ventilation and all.. But still, maintenance for such sophisticated houses will be a hectic.. Even If they dont do regular cleaning, the house will look like dirt bag in couple of yrs..
Special note to Mano, I can see Mr.Mano himself feels bad in the toilet explaining task and the moment he exited from private duplex balcony grill to enter the second optional staircase which leads to the ffuuuuuuutttttuuuuurrrrrrrrreeee rental house to be constructed. ⭕️❌⭕️❌⭕️❌ Ethuukkkuuu…😢
This builder is a complete cheat. The price he says and the end outcome price is completely different..We gave our construction to him and the plan he gave and the output is completely different.. construction quality is also v poor. Its not even 6months but there is already water seepage in the building..Pls dont get cheated.. i would highly not recommend this builder..
