Measurements and Supplies for today’s Hues of Happiness Fun Fold Birthday Card
I used a Gorgeous Grape base 4 ¼” by 5 ½”
Next a piece of Basic White 8” by 5 ¼”, scored and folded at 4”
Then a piece of Hues of Happiness DSP 4” square, and scrap to die cut 2 flowers and some leaves
Ink: Gorgeous Grape and Gray Granite

I very much enjoyed your video. I used the layout of a colored base years ago and no idea why I got away from that. I think is a great cost saving. But adding that flap made such a difference. Thanks for your creativity.

I am really impressed by these simple cards. I did these for the A2 size card. They came out beautifully! I realize that your base was smaller than the A2 card and wanted it a little bigger. I will try this also on a 5x7

I've not seen a fold like this, or if I have I've forgotten at the rip ole age of 60s. The card is as beautiful as a cool summer morning with the birds a chipping happily. What a beautiful card! I love that DSP to bits, but I don't have the rest of the suite. This card will be remade - though I have no more Gorgeous Grape CS. But I bet it will look great with Fresh Fresia as well.
Yes, Crafting Lady depending on where you cut the DSP there are many color combinations that will work.
