Honestly, if you’ve got the funds for the turf, projector, screen, clubs etc, presumably a subscription to Awesome Golf / GSPro is the way to go to make the most of this?
100% Agree.. Awesome golf is great practicing tool and definitely the best app to use on a mobile device. I can't wait for them to bring the real courses they just licensed into the software. GSPro is by far the best simulation software available right now.
Adam, just found you. I'm looking into the MLM 2PRO and I would like to see a list of the courses available. I did see someone said they were using GSPRO software. But I can't find that online anywhere. Do you know anything about that? Thanks, you have a good swing
Hi, thanks for watching, and I appreciate the comment about the swing. I think the MLM2PRO is a great device-well worth the investment-and has been the budget leader for a while now. However, it does seem like a new launch monitor from Square Golf might be a worthy challenger to the MLM2PRO. I hope to get the Square launch monitor on the channel soon to do some comparisons between the two. As for your questions: MLM2PRO Courses - I haven't been able to find a list of all the courses offered in the Rapsodo course software. GSPro - In my opinion is currently the best sim software on the market and provides the best value at only $250 per year. @@homelaunchgolf I had GSPRO before then I had a Mevo + and then a Uneekor Eye Mini Lite. I loved it. I got injured and it didn’t feel right to have $3K in my man cave doing nothing for 6-7 months so I sold it. I might jump back in but want to start slowly with a less expensive unit. It there is a way to use GSPRO and my sim screen with the MLM pro2 I would do it. But I don’t know enough about the 3rd party interface I heard about. Is there a list of recommended items somewhere? Hi Ted, thanks for watching! For features and accuracy at its price point, the MLM2PRO is really hard to beat. However, I dislike that all the device's features are locked behind a premium subscription, requiring ongoing annual cost. The best option to avoid an annual subscription would be the Garmin R10. Another option recently entering this price range is the OG Skytrak. I'm unsure if you've considered it, but it's dropped to $849 new at 2ndswing.com. I'm hoping to get an OG Skytrak on the channel soon for a direct comparison with the MLM2PRO.
