Your choice of tea bag (I used Berry) - make a small cup (espresso size) of tea & let brew - Add any sweetener if desired - I added my tasteless Collagen Powder (linked above) - Take a large glass add ice & then water - Add a slice of lime & lemon & or Mint leaves - pour in your brewed cup of tea!
