Really enjoyed this composition as a vehicle for working on the Kenny Werner approach...The drummer and keys did a superb job of melting together and making the 3 parts sound as one and all the playing is superb - now for something odd that I have to say: I heard some Dokken in there...most notably starting at 8:00...it's OK to channel Mr Scary LOL!!
I never have been a fan of Jazz. My ear hears chromatic ramblings in Jazz. No clear melody. This steered my thinking toward appreciation. Well done all!
