Mike nailed it. One thing that sets Flip apart from any host or legend I've ever watched is he's humble, yet he's as talented and skilled as anyone I've ever seen fish. Freshwater, saltwater, heavy tackle, light tackle, fly fishing. No one can fish so many different ways and do it as well as Flip. There will never ever be a show like the Walkers Cay Chronicles. Even if Flip were to do the show today, there as just something majical about it. It's a great legacy for a humble legend.
The WCC show was one of the best fishing shows of all time, Flip had an uncanny ability to describe the situation with the use of words that was so pure that made the rest of us envied his talent .
I would certainly add, Flip has created many a dreams for anglers less fortunate, that live in places like Indiana. I have had the opportunity to fish the everglades, but was introduced to it it, BY Flip Pallot through his TV shows. Lighting a fire of desire to get there and experience that magic.
