    Sensational work mate. Been workin on a Dio myself for a mate for his tmnt figures that I'm customizing. Got a lot inspiration from bob the odd. was wandering what did you do to get the drip stains coming from the cracks in the walls?

      Thank you very much! I used a heavily watered down black paint to get those stains and used a thin brush to apply them.

    This is an amazing piece man I like the weathering on the cracks. How many hinges did you use on this diorama?

      Thanks bro! I used a tilt all of 28 hinges. Two for each door.

    sweet dio dude, did you sand the bulsa wood before painting it?

    • @xxxTheDMCxxx
      @xxxTheDMCxxx  7 років тому

      Thanks! I only sanded the pieces that needed it. Mostly just the steps for the stairs and the doors on the right side.

      oh ok cool, one last question lol and this might be a dumb one but how do you know if it needs to be sanded? is it based off how smooth the surface is? I have a hard time with determining if I need to sand down bulsa wood lolol

      I basically just sand whatever's not smooth to the touch. Most of the pieces that were sanded had "hair" on them so definitely didn't want that to show when painting them up.
