بات یہ ہے کہ پی ٹی ائی پر کسی بھی قسم کی پابندی لگانے کا کوئی فائدہ نہیں ہوگا ہاں البتہ اس پے جتنے بھی کیس ہیں اس کو صحیح معنوں میں منطقی انجام تک پہنچایا جائے تو یہ خود بخود غائب ہو جائے گی مثلاً
1- فارن فنڈنگ کیس جس میں بہت سارے جعلی اکاؤنٹ میں عمران خان کے سائن سے پیسے نکالے جاتے تھے۔
2- 190 ملین پاؤنڈ بہت ہی سولڈ کیس ہے اس کو بھی منطقی انجام تک پہنچایا جائے
3- اور ائین شکنی کیس جس نے قاسم سوری عارف علوی اور عمران خان ملوث ہیں اور اس پہ اطہر من اللّٰہ کا ورڈک بھی ہے کہ اس میں آئین شکنی ہوئی ہے لہٰذا یہ بہت آسانی سے ان پر پابندی لگ سکتی ہے 😮

* MR MATIULLAH, the manifolds complications and confusions in the existing 'THAGHOOTHI SYSTEM' is on increase due to playing of 6-9 and 9-6 game, self-contradictory and self - conflicting INTERPRETATION instead of the PLAIN reading of the provisions of LAWS and CONSTITUTION.
*The JUDICIAL system 'interalia' for this reason as well, be substituted - Replaced by a PURE ISLAMIC SYSTEM in the LIGHT and under the GUIDELINES as laid down in the HOLY QURAN AND SUNNAH [ i.e. HUMAN CATALOGUE ]
* The substitution - Replacing of the JUDICIAL SYSTEM with a PURE ISLAMIC SYSTEM, it is significant to mention herein, is a long long AWAITED DEMAND of the peoples of ISLIMIC REPUBLIC OF PAKISTAN.
* The REPLACEMENT of the 'THAGHOOTHI SYSTEM' with a PURE ISLAMIC SYSTEM, no any 2/3 MAJORITY is needed - required in a COUNTRY like our beloved PAKISTAN created in the name of ISLAM [ Pakistan ka matlab kia LA ILAHA ILLALAH ]
*Even otherwise, when every one including the GUARDIANS OF CONSTITUTION go beyond - not caring their vested jurisdiction while, INTERPRETING the LAWS in CONTRA insist to do , as per their WISHES and DESIRE then, the 'PARLIAMENT AS BEING MOTHER OF LAWS' in such like situation can otherwise, also claim JUSTIFICATION.
* From the SCENERIO above, the FORMATION- ESTABLISHMENT of a CONSTITUTIONAL SUPREME COURT regarding CONSTITUTIONAL matters to be filed in or arising up-to, may be helpful in providing RELIEFS to the poor litigants whose cases are awaited for disposals since long 'interalia' due to MUDDY FLOODS plus RUSH of POLITICAL ISSUES.
*THE CONSTITUTIONAL SUPREME COURT needs to be filled- up with extremely HONEST, BIASLESS Judges- justices who only to do justice FAIRLY and that too without any 'INCLINATION' and/or moulding the LAWS in zig- zag manner but to dispense with justice strictly in accordance with law.
