IMU Counseling
There are 6 IMU Campuses
A GOOD COLLEGE CAN BE ALLOTED IF A ASPIRANT BRINGS A RANK BELOW 800.
Campuses which come under this counseling process.
IMU Kolkata
IMU Chennai
IMU Navi Mumbai
IMU Mumbai Port campus
IMU Kochi
IMU Vishakapatnam.
BSC & BTech are alloted in all above mentioned colleges.
Students who have good IMU CET Exam rank can apply for IMU Counseling after getting a rank, however it's not only restricted to good rank holders there are chances for other rank holders also.
After IMU CET results are declared there is a Provisional List issued by IMU considering Rank & availability of seats in each college.
The IMU website gives notification of IMU campus counselling REGISTRATION FEE RS 10000.Intetested students are supposed to fill the counselling form online with the registration fee. Rank holders can choose 2 preferences as per their choice out of which 1 is alloted.
As per number of applications and number of Seats in IMU campuses then there will be 3 merit lists issued till seats get filled.
Even after 3 Merit list issued by IMU if a Rank holder aspirant is not allocated seat he may apply for ON SPOT counselling where if seats are vacant the aspirant can directly approach the college with documents.
If you get selected in IMU counseling and got the seat of your choice you need to report to the College where you are allotted with the seat & submit Rs25000 and get document submission done for seat confirmation. This money will be adjusted in your first semester fee
