Hi! My pre-spend ratio is all over the place for each quota bag, but it averages out to less than 1:1. I don’t know if there is a timeline when you can be offered a 2nd quota bag after the first, but it would be best to talk to your SA what you want for your next quota bag and would like to receive the 2nd one before end of the year.
