    Nice
    I didn't think that little glider could lift the big one up and launch it like that.🤯
    Amazing.
    I remember watching the space shuttle carrying a 747 on it's belly so this shouldn't be so surprising.

    Love this model, John. The skeleton body works well with the wings and tail. Getting bored saying it. Another beauty!

    I saw this and was amazed! The airspeed was a good enough match for both to fly, even though the size and design were so radically different!

    Well that was a lot of fun to watch. I'm assuming that last landing was the result of a failure to release. That was a spectacular recovery, flown right into the waiting arms. The rest of the releases were more graceful than I expected. I thought that little delta would drop like a bomb until it picked up some speed. I was surprised to see it fly that slow. I've got a special place in my heart for your 'Action Man' primary glider. It makes me grin every time I see it.
    You really put your videographer to the test with this one, keeping the both of them framed during most of the shots. I'm sure that took some coordination between the three of you. Very nicely done sir.

  • @sideshowbob5237
    @sideshowbob5237 3 роки тому +4

    Between the three of you, you managed to keep both in frame most of the time. Must be difficult to keep coming up with "different" at this rate of output too.Outstanding!

    G'day John would you try aerotow between the two? A bit experimental but should work if the mass of the tow plane is lots more than the towed one

    I still want to see the flying chicken glider dropping eggs. With your building skill, I would love to see one of those gliders i use to see in 70s R/C magazines that had a wing built with a constant curve for dihedral. They were real beauties to look at but I bet they are a bitch to build. BTW the Hobie Hawk was an example of this type of wing.

      It’s just a simple servo operating a pin. The small delta has a loop of string going around the pin.
