I love Nick for being one of the few media guys that actually gets it w/Belichick and Kraft! Kraft wants to keep Bill from having success outside the organization! He doesn't want Bill to break Shula's record etc.
Such betrayal to a guy who architected you a dynasty and made your team worth 8 BILLION dollars when you bought it for half a quarter of one billion! Hate Kraft.....hating my team unfortunately!

I think Steichen had a lot more hand in that team than people realized, and now they're missing him dearly. Hell, i wouldnt be surprised if he came up with the tush push. That collapse after beating KC was historically bad, and they had no sign of turning it around all the way to the playoffs. Idk what did it, but even semi-competent coaching would have put a better product on the field. If you're blaming coordinators, you're coping, because my team won the SB with Matt fucking Nagy at OC. Head coach takes all responsibility for his team, simple as
I’m a eagles fan and I’m totally good not hiring Belichick. He’s not bringing Tom Brady with him so no. Vrabel is the only one I would consider.

Have we forgotten that Bill did win before Brady was Brady. He won when Brady was the definition of a game manager. If you are going to replace a guy who's been to a Super Bowl you better make sure to replace him with a guy who's won a Super Bowl. It should be alarming to fans that they even had this conversation. Pittsburgh didn't have this conversation. 49ers didn't have this conversation. Baltimore didn't have this conversation...

If you’re a football fan and you don’t think Kraft is trying to sabotage Belichick you need to do some self reflection. Things obviously ended on bad terms and just like in a breakup you never want to see your ex do well. The problem for Bill was last season was awful and it’s hard to cash checks on work from a decade ago when your recent work is terrible.
Nothing supernatural about awful roster construction on defense. How are you gonna play bums like Josiah Scott, Justin Evans, Terrell Edmunds etc and expect to make a playoff run
Justin Evans actually played OK. Edmunds wasnt even on the team in the playoffs, he waa traded for Byrad before the slump eveb happened.
Nick Sirianni rode Howie Rosemans coattails. Howie gave him a stacked team and they made the Super Bowl. Nick has been unable to have them play consistent or get better. His 1st year record is simply due to the GM moves

Wright just hates sirianni because he knows he’s the exact same type of coach Wright would be 😂 super energetic and smack talking, hyping up his players, etc…

As a Lions fan, I can say there's no switching team loyalty just because of what the owner is like. (I felt ready to quit if the team stayed with Monte Clark another year, but who knows if I really meant it.)
Why would someone listen to Kraft over Bill's resume? If someone actually thinks Bill is a good hire, they'd hire him because of his resume regardless of what Kraft says. But everyone knows that Bill's resume has the biggest asterisk that there possibly could be. Kraft isn't preventing Bill from being hired, Bill's lack of success without Brady is preventing him from getting hired.
I don’t want Bill as a HC but as a DC I would take that. Bill personality doesn’t match the Eagles locker room. Let alone Siranni is a great coach. Playoffs every year, SB appearance, and only 3 years in. You can’t have it both ways, you can say both the HC and Hurts are mediocre to bad, but say the teams success is only due to the talent
Again, Nick hates anyone who comes close to getting praise over his Chiefs. He has hated Josh Allen ever since he became the clear second best QB, and he has hated Philly ever since they became the top contender out of the NFC.
Imagine actually believing this take. Imagine thinking a team going 1-6 down the stretch is the top contending the team in the conference. Imagine a team getting blown out in the wildcard round and thinking they are the best team. Imagine giving a B+ overall QB a top 5 salary at the position. Imagine giving a WR who no one puts in their top 10 nor top 20 and paying him like a top 5 guy. Imagine losing 2 HoF players and thinking your team will be better.

(The previous year they went to the Super Bowl) Due to this, they entered last season as the top NFC pick, along with the 9ers to go back. Became and are don't have the same meaning, bud. The Jets are the team that needs a STRONG coach like Belichick to establish discipline and a culture for that disfunction franchise. He could team with Rogers for them to make history together for the next few years before they retire.

If nick sirianni doesn’t have a good year I strongly believe the eagles will replace him with Kellen Moore that’s part of the reason he’s here. He would make an excellent young head coach I would definitely give him a shot if the players respect him.

Sirianni has been a really good coach, the players all love him. They had a bad ending to the season but their record with him is really good. Belichick has lost it without Brady. I absolutely think the Eagles made the right decision
