Excalibur powder coating...super close to your house and they do good work, did all the stuff on my FJ40, the green JK (RIP), the Tacoma, etc. Just in case you haven’t picked a place yet.

You really don’t want to heat the aluminum it will actually crack if you apply too much.
Yeah if you heat it to fucking 900 degrees.
