Because his play was not done on stream, I suppose? The whole experience while watching the player do it live often warrant whether it's godmode or not. Rafis was surely happy that he finally managed to fc it. Not saying it necessarily have to be "godmode", but I find it funny how so many plays by Cookiezi get's labeled as that even though it shouldn't. It's like when you finally get the pattern after many tries, and you get rewarded. Also, people are not sure what Rivilcia is capable of, so his plays are a little out of nowhere and unnoticed.
