20:00 I have a question about flow of products from customer → manufacturiing. If the flow of the product is reverse then does the cost of the product increases or decreases? Also as the product flow and fund flow is opposite to each other so it will be very helpful to get a example for the same.
If product goes from manufacturer to customer ,then money will be given by "customer to manufacturer "AND if the the product is from customer to manufacturer (suppose product is returned by customer) money will be given by" manufacturer to customer"so its relatively opposite flow.
