hiya, sizes are random. main thing is to inflate each balloon into different sizes.

How do you know what’s 11 inches ? Sorry for the stupid q. I’m just watching videos to learn.
Na, your question isn’t stupid. when you buy the balloons, it tells you the sizes, so all balloons come in either 5”, 11”, 12”, 16” 17” or 18”, 20”, 24”, 30” and 32”. Now for your garlands you mainly need, 11”, 5” and maybe 16” and 32”, depending on how robust you want it to be, then when you inflate, reduce the air and make it round then tie off. do not think too much about the size and ensure each balloon isn’t the same size as the other. I hope this helps.
