गंगा राम प्रजापत बांदरा जिला बाडमेर राज्य राजस्थान में 42 प्रतिशत विकलांग हूं मुझे लोकों मोटर स्थायी प्रमाणपत्र जारी किया गया है और मैंने 2009/2010मे कश्मीर विश्वविद्यालय के सरफराज कालेज में नियमित रूप से बीएड परीक्षा में शामिल हुआ था और मुझे उस समय सवा लाख रुपयों का खर्चा भी लगा था और मुझे अभी तक बीएड परीक्षा की अंकतालिका नहीं मिला है और नहीं तो कालेज वाले संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं देते हैं और मेरी जिंदगी जीना मुश्किल हो गया है और मैं भी विकलांग व्यक्ति हूं और आप मेरी मदद करो और मैं आपका इंतजार कर रहा हूं
