Realistically speaking, Michael would t have had to take any blame, as Cassie ran a stop sign. If anything, Cassie would’ve been in trouble, if she hadn’t died
Realistically speaking, cops usually pity drivers in accidents. Unless if it’s something like 1) a suspended license, 2) street racing, 3) reckless driving, 4) a DUI, 5) a stolen vehicle, or 6) the damage to the at fault vehicle is minimal compared to the damage to the other vehicle, otherwise the police will just make the report. At least in my state.

Here's another one of my stories.
Map: West Coast, USA
Date: June 30, 2017
Characters: Paxton, Stephaine Owens, Carl
Vehicles: Wentward DT40L (Paxton's vehicle), Civetta Bolide (Stephanie Owens' vehicle), Gavril T-Series (Carl's vehicle)
Story: Paxton was driving his bus full of 66 passengers on his usual route. Carl was driving recklessly when he crashed into Stephanie, sending her in the direction of Paxton's bus. Paxton was unable to stop in time and crashed into Stephaine, sending her to the side while his bus crashed into the sea. Stephaine called 911 and emergency services arrived later.
Sadly, nearly all but 16 of the people on Paxton's bus including Paxton himself had drowned. The rest of the survivors were able to be saved with the help of the emergany services. Stephaine revived minor injuries while Carl was arrested for reckless driving and the manslaugther of 51 people for 40 years in prison.

Beamng: Mr, Manon was waiting for passengers to board his Capsule bus at the airport in Italy along with another tour bus. His bus filled with 70 the other 55 before the left. At the same time. Mr, and Ms Nowak from Poland saw as the Buses left and decided to get a cab instead. As the 2 bus,s drove on the Highway about 100 feet from the highway tunnel a wendover that had broken down was getting and as the truck was leaving he did not check his mirrors and was T boned by the first Bus causing it to drift into the left lane hitting a Gavril Durham Box truck. The bus the drifted back into the right lane into the tunnel hitting the wall before stopping. The 2nd bus hit the Box truck and then hit the back of the 1st bus sparking a fire. 4 other lost control and crashed as well Mr, Manon and several other passengers were able to escape trough the windshield and windows. But the passengers above were unable to escape leading to the death of 25 on board his bus and injuring 18. The driver of the tow truck and driver of the wendover also died when the tow truck was t-boned. The 2nd bus driver died as well when he hit the back of the bus luckily most passengers were able to escape only 2 passengers died when they were thrown forward and died from blunt force
31 died and 27 injured in all. Soon after the Crash The Nowaks that were in a cab came across the scene and helped passengers until French and Italian Emergency services arrived. An investigation was held and found the tow truck driver guilty and the Manon was found not guilty. Although cleared of all chargers. Manon would feel Guilty over the whole thing and Drink himself to death several years later. And the Nowaks were happy to be alive and 5 years later had a son and daughter and had happy lifes. The end

In the early hours of the morning, three friends, Anna, Brian, and Carlos were driving alongside a highway, on their way to a weekend camping trip. As they drove, they saw a tanker vehicle in the distance, suddenly explode. Shocked and concerned, they decided to pull over and see if the driver needed any help. As they parked their car by the side of the road, they noticed a police car in pursuit of a speeding vehicle, driving recklessly on the same highway. The suspect was driving at 90 miles per hour, trying to evade the police, and drove onto the curb where the three friends had parked. In a terrifying turn of events, the suspect crashed into their vehicles and other cars, causing chaos and destruction, and resulted in a pile up on the highway. The situation quickly turned into a disaster as several cars were involved in the collision. The sound of sirens echoed in the distance as police cars and ambulances arrived on the scene. First responders immediately began rescuing the injured, while others tried to contain the fire and prevent it from spreading. Anna, Brian, and Carlos were lucky to have survived the crash, but they were devastated to see the loss of life and destruction caused by the pursuit. They joined the first responders in helping the injured and assisting in the rescue efforts. After that, the friends all requested a taxi to pick them up and continue their journey. As the authorities assessed the damage, it was concluded that the accident had caused approximately 5 million dollars in damage. Five people had lost their lives, while 14 people were rescued and taken to the hospital. The entire scene was a disaster, with the highway closed for hours as the wreckage was cleared away. Anna, Brian, and Carlos couldn't help but think about how their weekend camping trip had turned into a nightmare. They were grateful to have survived and to have been able to help others in need. As they get away from the scene via Taxi, they vowed to never take their safety for granted and to always be ready to help others in times of need.

Like I said: Cassie fell asleep and was T-Boned by Michael's truck that killed her. After the incident he called 911 and shortly after, he surrendered to the police so he will answer all the needs for Cassie's family as well as the 3 other victims.

What I mean is Cassie was tired when she's going home from her overbooked schedules. While Michael was transporting concrete materials to the construction site. Cassie fell asleep before going to the intersection where Michael T-Boned her car that led her to death and injured 3 more people Michael called 911 immediately. Shortly after, he surrendered to the Police after the accident and he will answer all the needs for Cassie's family and 3 other injured pedestrians.
Meaning even if it was an accidental collision where Michael was involved to, he chose to take the blame by surrendering to the cops

George was doing his usual route as a city bus driver. He only had 4 passengers on the bus
He was driving down the main street when his brakes failed
Meanwhile, Karrion was driving his school bus and had 5 kids on board as he had dropped off most of them
All of a sudden, George flew down the street and smashed right into the side of Karrion.
A second driver who was in a g wagon also rear ended the bus but only suffered minor knee pain
Karrion had a broken wrist and minor headaches while george didn't survive a long with all passengers on his bus apart from a 33 year old man who saw the bus last second and protected his head saving his life luckily all children were sitting on the right side of the bus so no kids suffered any serious injuries.
I can also mention that George tipped Karrions bus over on its side when he smashed into it

Title: "The Great Baja Hills Crash"

Vehicles: Dansworth D2500 Type-D school bus, gravril T-series with tanker trailer, & 6x4 box truck
On October 17, 2008, at approximately 2:32 p.m., a school bus completely filled with kids, was heading back to school after a field trip. They were traveling through baja hills. There was a truck carrying a load of bombs driving under the speed limit in front of the bus. The bus driver honked at the truck to get it to speed up, but it did nothing. After a few more honks of the horn, the bus driver eventually sped around the truck. This triggered the truck driver, and he decided to speed up and started tailgating the bus. The bus driver noticed and sped up as fast as he could. The truck chased after the bus. When the bus reached the top of a hill and started to speed down it, he noticed a Tanker truck had flipped over at the bottom and was blocking the road. The bus driver tried to hit the brakes, but they wouldn't work, and the bus went faster and faster. The bus driver tried to swerve into a guard rail to help stop the bus, but it only caused the bus to flip over in the air, and land roof first on top of the Tanker, causing a massive explosion. The bomb truck braked very hard, but he was going much too fast to stop and ended up slamming into the wreckage, causing another huge explosion. Everyone involved, including the tanker truck driver, bus driver, bomb truck driver, and all 90 bus passengers, were instantly killed. Firefighters arrived to put out the massive blaze. In total, 93 people were killed.

It was night in Utah. Multiple people were driving on the highway. Officer Scotts was dispatched to a stolen car. It was a brown Ibishu Hopper. The cctv camera shows that the Ibishu Hopper was stopped on a parking lot until 4 people came and stole the car. Officer Scotts then goes back to the highway and spots a brown ibishu hopper. The ibishu hopper had the same license plate as the stolen one. So Officer Scotts chase the people who stole the Hopper. Unfortunately, the hopper collides with a Bruckell Bastion at full speed. Officer Scotts immediately blocks the highway and calls Paramedics and Firefighters. A few moments later, they appear. A explosive truck was leaving the tunnel and was approaching stopped traffic because of the crash. The explosive truck couldn't stop in time and ram into stopped traffic, crushing multiple cars and damaging many. To make things worse, the truck exploded. Roamer driver and 5 more people fled to safety as the fire was burning the wreck. Unfortunately, 11 people died by the fire and 6 died instantly by the truck. The rest were extremely injured or unharmed. The brown hopper occupants were transported to the hospital, sadly, 2 died. The other 2 will be arrested for 19 years.
