    Thank you so much for sharing this. I'm in the middle of my second semester at college and lunch are a huge deal right now. I feel like I'm eating the same meal everyday. When I have time I cook some pasta, rice, boulgour or quinoa and put everything I can to do a sort of salad and when I'm in a rush, that's a wrap or a sandwich. I getting sick of this routine. Monday salad, tuesday sandwich, wednesday salad, thursday wrap. So boring. I really need inspiration right now. I hope this video will save my mood for next week. I love that all of your recipes are so good and simple at the same time. I've always though this was impossible and it's not. Thank you. I love you. Audrey xx

      Audrey Christiane If you’re looking for a little kick, try pepper jelly or something a little spicy on your wraps or sandwiches! I make some version of hummus and avacado every day, and it does get old. I also like added spa ears of pickled asparagus, bean salad, roasted red pepper, and other sour pickles things to give it a pop.

      That’s ‘spears’ of asparagus, not spa ears! haha

      Cool, hope it helps! It would be easy to fall back on junk and fast food, so I admire you for cooking and eating this way in college when you're so busy. Kudos!

    Immersion blender and food processor both work for this.

      Doing it this way gives you a great arm workout. :-)

    You know, there’s an amazing invention called a blender! And another called a hand mixer! haha I love to make mayo, but I’d end up with one Popeye arm if I whisked it by hand.

    Mmmm I’d been meaning to ask for this recipe for awhile now. I can’t wait to try it today. How long does it last in the fridge?? I can’t believe I’m saying this, especially with how sore I am from my workouts, but 😉 Challenge Accepted!!!

    I might just make this but I can't eat mustard. What can I use instead or can I just leave it out. BTW I'm really looking forward to seeing you on the great British bake off this coming Tuesday I get the feeling this is one of the popular guest ones.

    Hi Teri! Great Video. I really love these. Can you use something like a vitamix on a slow speed to do the whisking? Or does it need to be by hand? Thanks!

    • @leapintothewild
      @leapintothewild 6 років тому

      Loissupes As long as you drizzle in the oil slowly, you can use a blender or hand mixer too.
