Thank you so much for sharing this. I'm in the middle of my second semester at college and lunch are a huge deal right now. I feel like I'm eating the same meal everyday. When I have time I cook some pasta, rice, boulgour or quinoa and put everything I can to do a sort of salad and when I'm in a rush, that's a wrap or a sandwich. I getting sick of this routine. Monday salad, tuesday sandwich, wednesday salad, thursday wrap. So boring. I really need inspiration right now. I hope this video will save my mood for next week. Audrey Christiane If you’re looking for a little kick, try pepper jelly or something a little spicy on your wraps or sandwiches! I make some version of hummus and avacado every day, and it does get old. I also like added spa ears of pickled asparagus, bean salad, roasted red pepper, and other sour pickles things to give it a pop.

Loissupes As long as you drizzle in the oil slowly, you can use a blender or hand mixer too.
