So I checked the Wiki and Kosugi voiced him only in English . In Japanese he’s voiced bunToshiyuki Morikawa? But why? Kosugi is bilingual. He can easily voiced him in both versions

Voice acting is actually not that bad... sure some of the dialogue is a bit awkward but Im impressed with the improvement since New Generation Heroes. So far everyone's voices are great (80's voice is the best so far), tho in my opinion Im not a big fan of Tartarus' voice and Zero's still needs some work but Ill give them a chance. Overall Im satisfied... cant wait for the next ep.
Also holy shit Powered's voice is actually the OG actor.... Now thats dedication. (They couldve atleast give Great an Aussie accent)

Been following CURRENT (in my case, again) since ULTRAMAN X, and BACKTRACKING from GINGA-S down to MEBIUS, and then JACK up to 80. But, these last 2 ULTRA FIGHTS have literally brought the whole world together, with TSUBURAYA going on a Worldwide All-Language Simulcast. i m so happy with the return of so many ULTRA heroes we have not seen in a long time....mostly because those heroes did not have to change form or borrow powers from another heroes to use differents ray attack...That was the biggest problem of the previous Ultra Galaxy mini film...I m sick of those toy commercials....Lets see some competent fighters like ACE in the glorious ep 19 of Z.
It's why I love Ribut. He's the last of the Ultras who don't need other Ultra's powers.
For me only Orb made sense because in the plot he basically has ptsd that prevents him from using his Origin form so he borrows the powers of other Ultras, to some extent Geed but it’s debatable.

I have just finished the Japanese version (up to episode 10 at the moment), it was so awesome that I would even re-watch the series over and over again. Thank you Tsuburaya for releasing this amazing english-dubbed version, so we can binge-watching on this :D
Ultraman Max was the first Ultra to show me that there's more Ultramen besides Tiga. I like it that this adventure is paying homage to him. Also, Gudis cells are back and they're bonding with a Maga Orochi? I remember the terrorifying power of that demon king beast, and I just remember the monsters Gudis cells create. However, due to Tsuburaya's modern creature designs and their higher budget, Gudis might become more powerful than before. I started watching Ultraman 80 when I first installed the Toku app on my phone. I thought that he and all the other Ultras would be dubbed in English like Ultraman Max. Reading the subtitled dialogue aloud can be exhausting at times. Anyway, I do like that theme song of his. Ribut on the other hand has rebooted my admiration for the first Ultraman, but I wondered what his story is and who is this Galaxy Rescue Force of which he's a member. I think I'm going to enjoy this mini show.
I actually kinda hoped great would said "Time is running out" just as a call back to his series

Nice job team ! I really liked the dubbing ! The only thing I wasn't impressed with is the dialogue , but that is fault of the script . The actors and actresses are doing a really good job at giving these characters new voices for a new audience !
