If I'm not wrong, they performed the mama ver. at the concert which was there to announce their participation in Kingdom (legendary war). That + the fact that the mama ver. performance was inspired by a film about an "epic" war completely aligns with what you were saying!

I'm 63 and went to my first Stray Kids concerts in Seattle. I have been a fan for a few years now. Seeing BTS last year was my first major concert in 20+ years and they were great but the Stray Kids concerts were, no question, the best concerts I've seen...and I've seen a lot! First big concert was the Rolling Stones, Yes, Peter Frampton stadium tour in 1978. Over the years, I saw bands/performers including Pink Floyd, Genesis (with Peter Gabriel), Elvis Costello, the Pretenders, Seal, the Ramones, etc. Plus, at small clubs in LA, performers like Excene, John Doe, and Darby Crash on the Sunset Strip, T-Bone Burnett at McCabe's Guitar Shop, and Harry Chapin on the lawn at UCLA. But the Stray Kids concerts I saw in Seattle were better than all of them. Most of my lifelong friends haven't listened to new music in literally decades and my 20 year old twins don't do well in crowds, so I went by myself. I met the best people! I was sitting next to a 21 year old who was smart, funny, and shared the same reasons for loving SKz--we're now following each other on Instagram and will Stay in touch. The second night, I was seated next to a young couple--she was hard over Stray; he was happy but bemused by the scene. I had brought binoculars and she and I spent the concert happily trading them back and forth and just being outrageously happy. The message, the music, the people were all exciting, interesting, and inspiring. We are an LGBT family and I am an Aspie (on the autism spectrum) as are 2 of my kids. Stray Kids' messages of inclusion and embracing differences hits hard for us! I wish there was a way to thank Bang Chan personally, and reassure him that all of his hard work is recognized and truly appreciated. I have also been a huge fan of yours and React to the K for years. Thanks you for sharing music and your funny and talented friends!
I originally missed out on tickets and was so sad. But then 3 days before the NJ concert an ex-coworker, who knew I liked KPOP, told me the company his wife works for had a suite at the venue and he could get me 2 of the tickets for free. I do not have any kpop friends, but my bestie who just likes good music said yes to coming with me and we both had an absolute blast. Honestly Stray Kids energy is just so great and I think their music lends itself very well to concerts.
Absolutely loved the spotlight you gave to ASL and the deaf community and that the love was amplified by HYUNJIN! 🤯 Waiting for the Atlanta stop to be rescheduled 😭 so until that or KCON LA (whichever comes first), I'll experience through this in the meantime! Keep up the awesome work! 💙
Manifesting Chan watching this vlog🙏 Yes it is absolutely worth going to multiple SKZ concerts. I have a feeling thru out that Chan had been planning the concert after Unveil District 9. It takes time to modified recorded version of the songs, figuring out which combo of songs and in what sequence, and keep on adding new songs because it’s almost 2.5 years (!!!!). The band SKZ hired is the best live band in Korea. They are amazing! I don’t know if they had a hand in the rock arrangement or not but I bet they did. My wish is for SKZ and the Atlanta and FW venues to figure out of make up concerts. Kcon venue is no comparison (number of seats and performance tine) to having the whole 3+ hours of pure undulated Stray Kids and Stay rave fest ❤
i paid a ridiculous amount of money for my vip soundcheck ticket. like, i made THREE PAYMENTS on that ticket to pay it off. 10000% worth it. mentally, emotionally, i am Still There.
Took my niece on her first K-Pop concert to Stray Kids Maniac concert in Newark, NJ. We both had a blast and now she's a fan, like me. Stray Kids was awesome.
Out of all the concerts I've been to, the sense of family during stray kids's concert was unlike any other concert I've been to before. My friend and I made friends with and had a blast with two stays that sat next to us! It made the concert even better!
Omg Stays are so sweet!! I sat next to a Stay that has been a fan since the survival show. She kept trying to get her bias' attention with her banner, so I kept flashing my phone light to help her out. It was a lot of fun and I hope to see Stray Kids back in the U.S. again!

I went to 3 concerts as well… I went to the Chicago concert and both days in LA (sad I didn’t get to see you). Of all of the kpop concerts that I’ve been to (15 so far) that was the first time I lost my voice and LA day 1 was the best seat I’ve ever had closest to the stage… It was the best experience in my life.
Even though I wasn’t able to meet you or any other UA-cam Reactors that I was hoping to see, I had such an amazing and unforgettable experience. I was able to meet Stay friends that I’ve met online, and also enjoy the concert with my family that happen to also be Stays. I feel like Stray Kids and Stays truly feel like family, it’s such a sweet community to be a part of. When Hyunjin mentioned the ASL interpreters in LA Day 2, I obnoxiously screamed “OMG YOU SAW UMU’s TWEET” bc I was so shocked! Stays around me were probably confused as to why I was so excited lol I went to an elementary school where we had to learn ASL bc we had a hearing impaired program so it felt so heartwarming seeing ASL interpreters & having recognition & appreciation from the Kids themselves bc ALL Stays no matter who we are, where we’re from, who we choose to be, how old we are (yes yes I’m quoting Chan lol) are seen and loved all the same from both our favorite artists and our community. It’s a very endearing all around experience being at their concerts. It’s like walking into a building, and knowing you’re home.
But also?? The arrangements throughout the performances. Thunderous x Domino x God’s Menu is also my favorite section of the whole concert. I felt like having a live band brought life & visuals to the mala taste experience. The grittiness and rawness is so on brand of them, I loved it so much. I remember how we always wanted Chan to release his song rearrangments into an album, and now thanks to their Maniac Tour, we’ll need live concert arrangements from the live band added to this list lol

Had to miss my first Stray Kids concert 2 years ago when they were last on tour because my father in law passed away very suddenly. When they came back, my friend and I were like hell yes it’s happening. 3 days before LA night one, I got covid and had to miss the concert again. I was devastated!! However!! I recovered in time for night one in Anaheim and managed to get tickets the night before! A roller coaster of events all leading up to one of the best concert experiences of my life. And I wouldn’t be here if not for you Umu. Your channel (and my kpop friend of course haha) brought about my love for Stray Kids and all kpop. Thank you thank you for all you do. ❤️
I used to wonder why people went to see the same concert multiple times in a row. I was like why? You see them do the same set again and again, where's the fun in that? But Stray Kids has totally changed my opinion on that. Their show blew me away and even though I went by myself, I never felt alone. I met so many other Stays while I was there and it was a blast! I went to see Stray Kids on Day 2 of LA and it was absolutely amazing❤️ I was in one of the more farther back seats and I still had the time of my life!! It was so amazing to just let go of everything I was going through at the time and just enjoy an outstanding concert❤️❤️ it was also really amazing to see how much the fandom has grown and how much they have grown since their last world tour that I attended🥰 Thank you for the video and for letting the ASL interpreters shine😊
I was in the middle in 2019 NY. That was epic. They always make audiences comfortable, made a game for us to play during intermission. Every concert is unique.
I saw them for the first time in Chicago . I had the perfect seat for me. Right dead in the middle with nobody sitting in front of me and room to dance. I was able to see the whole stage and close enough to capture special moments. Also i record everything i wanted . I met some really nice stays and passed out freebies for the first time. Someone even recognized me from instagram. It was lovely 😍 Also my first cup sleeve events ever ! Next year I might try VIP. I am short and get anxious 😟 but you made it look fun.
My first/only Stray Kids concert was Newark day 2 of this tour. I agree that the arrangements were so neat! I liked what they did with Side Effects, which isn't a song I normally listen to. As for Stay interactions, another Stay noticed me and my friend trying to take a selfie before the show and she offered to take a photo of us. Then we talked for a bit about her experience from the concert the night before and it was just really fun to chat with another grown Stay!
Aw Umu this was so fun to watch! I'm happy you got such a cool opportunity to see them. I went with four of my siblings and my mom to SKZ's first concert in Seattle and it was SO MUCH FUN! I had never been to a legit concert before, so I had no idea what to expect. It totally surpassed my expectations. We couldn't buy lightsticks because of how expensive they were, so we had no choice but to dance the whole time :) My favorite songs they performed were Waiting For Us (amazing vocals), Victory Song (SO HYPE), District 9 (such awesome choreo), Hellevator (same as District 9), and Haven (just good memories in general). I have three regrets: 1. We were pretty far away so it didn't really feel like we could actually see them and be like "Wow they are real people!" There's no way we could have afforded VIP tickets, but it would have been nice to actually see their faces instead of just looking at the screen. 2. I didn't take any pictures of us all there! I was jamming so hard with my sisters that it totally slipped my mind. 3. Since it was our first concert and didn't know anyone else there, we were a little shy and didn't really talk to any other Stays. Missed opportunity :( If they ever come back to Seattle, I've definitely got to come back again. My mom thought the members were so sweet and said that out of all the concerts she had been to, this was the most fun by far. This set the bar pretty darn high for me ♥

AND the fact that they were recognized by skz!!!! it just warms my heart knowing that skz's music (and kpop in general) can be enjoyed by everyone 🥺💞 this was my first skz concert, and i was absolutely blown away!!!! i was able to get an 100 level seat in chicago w/ my cousin +her bf (who'd listen to his first skz song in the ride to the venue lmao) & we all had an amazing time!!! i was kind of a third wheel, but i ended up talking with the girl sitting beside me after letting her use my portable charger after hers died 😆 we ended up just screaming at each other throughout random moments in the concert, and then we became partners during the audience dance portions 💃🏻🕺🏻 overall 100000000/10 experience i'm DEFINITELY attempting VIP next time around 😤🤞 but seriously, reading everyone's concert experiences in the comments brings me so much secondhand joy 🥰 in a few years i really want them to do a GIANT TOUR so STAY everywhere all around the world can see them!!!!!! and as always: 🙏🏼 Manifesting ReacttotheK 3RACHA Interview 🙏🏼

I loved this new format of concert recaps! It was so great being able to relive our concert experiences through this vid, it was my first time traveling across states for a concert and getting to meet all of your friends and our friends from past skz concerts was such a great experience! I remember how happy you were when we are able to meet hannah for lunch too, and it was just overall such a fun time and honestly one of the highlights this summer even though I’ve gone to so many concerts this summer, that weekend has definitely got to be my favorite. I honestly have never been to a concert before with that many friends and made so many new ones too! Next time stray kids come back I hope my ticketing luck stays 😉and I’ll help get you vip tix again (+ chan noticing you more clearly)! i got a floor ticket @ oakland. it was row 10 from the extended stage so i had some waving hands in the vids that i recorded, and wasn't 100% sure if they saw me or not. but i'm still very thankful to get good tickets. i saw them at District 9 NYC in 2020 pre-COVID, and having gone thru a pretty rough 2 years of my life while listening to skz during quarantine really made it extremely meaningful that i got to see them again once more. what a great time to be alive.
I did not know they performed on tour with a live band ... For me it makes all the difference. I wouldn't go to a concert without a band. Your video made me want to see them. Well ... the version they did for victory song is actually kind of the same as the version they performed at MAMA 2020 when they were introduced as a contestant for kingdom legendary war. It's interesting how you said it's like "a victory song after war" because that's how i felt when i was watching the performance it's like they are declaring a war at the same time imprinting that they will win the war. I saw them in seattle and it was my 1st concet ever! I didnt know they had an ASL interpreter at thier concerts and its soooooo awesome they hyunjin have them recognition! I took sign language for 3 years in high school and I can still finger spell, but that's about it 😔 I just remember getting into it in high school & deaf culture. I went with my sister & cousin and didn't get to talk to other stays, but in someone I remember being hype and making I contact & dancing.

Great video!!! Stray Kidz really are something special. I became a Stay when they released Miroh. Their songs are all so unique to them and they have some of the best lyrics in Kpop. As well as the mass of talent they all have great heads on their shoulders and seem genuine good people. I would love to see them live one day but don’t I will be able to
I came to their concert 3 weeks ago and I can relate so much!! I can repeat the experience as many as I could bcs it was that good. I even cried 3-4 times lol. i believe they used some of the arrangements from MAMA award show performances in district 9 and victory song, but i don’t know if they’ve ever used it in concert? im too lazy to check my old d9 unlock videos to see…
The reason Victory Song sounded so different from the music video is because they changed it up A LOT for their live stage performance at the 2020 MAMA awards. THAT performance was adapted to have a Spartan / 300-style theme, and it was very much a real battle song. The stage design, choreo, costumes and overall visuals are stunning, too. You really should watch that performance. it received rave reviews after the awards show. (Be sure to watch all the way to the end, as after the "Victory Song" performance, main Stray Kids dancer Hyunjin (in his Victory Song costume) is in a dance battle with members of 2 other idol groups .) the victory song arrangement is from their MAMA 2020 performance and District 9 arrangement is from their GO LIVE IN LIFE (online concert) if i'm not wrong.

thank you for this recap umu! I personally got to go to one of their tokyo shows and my god it was an unforgettable night. I was able to get an arena seat so relatively close to the main stage and it was surreal seeing stray kids live and in person haha. I also absolutely adored the rock section!!! I've listened to rock since I was little and knowing that skz have an interest in rock music, I always wanted to see a fusion of the two live so I was super satisfied with every performance. this was my very first big concert and I had such a blast even though I went by myself, I got really emotional at the end as well and I shed some tears. hopefully I get to see them again and experience it over and over because I swear I will never get tired of them!
Thanks for sharing this with us Umu and the I haven’t listened much to stray kids but I see through Yt at least know how much their fanbase has grown the past 2 years. Definitely gonna start listening to their music soon and that’s awesome that you got to see them in concert. One of my students that I teach you got to go to their concert and she had a wonderful time, that he lost her voice. Great that you got to meet new friends there and I hope to make some new friends when I go to my next K-pop concert I’ve went to BTS with one of my best friends from college and to Twice by myself. As someone who goes to places on her own hopefully I’ll get out of my comfort zone to make a friend there which will be nice. Shout out to the Stray Kids concert for having a ASL interpreter that is amazing and I don’t think I’ve seen that in any concert at all and it shows how incredible and thoughtful the group and/or the company is with your friend interpreting. Having a cousin that is death, that is very sweet to have that for fans as well & it really says a lot about the group and it’s super sweet that they have that. I really love the footage that you caught the members group grooving with the band I don’t see that very often but I would love to see groups reacting with musicians as well because not only instrumentalists need more recognition but when there’s live music it takes the cake! 👌🏽 I kid you not I freaked out when BTS had a live band with them in their PTD tour

I'm 63 and went to my first Stray Kids concerts in Seattle. I have been a fan for a few years now.
Seeing BTS last year was my first major concert in 20+ years and they were great but the Stray Kids concerts were, no question, the best concerts I've seen...and I've seen a lot!
First big concert was the Rolling Stones, Yes, Peter Frampton stadium tour in 1978. Over the years, I saw bands/performers including Pink Floyd, Genesis (with Peter Gabriel), Elvis Costello, the Pretenders, Seal, the Ramones, etc. Plus, at small clubs in LA, performers like Excene, John Doe, and Darby Crash on the Sunset Strip, T-Bone Burnett at McCabe's Guitar Shop, and Harry Chapin on the lawn at UCLA. But the Stray Kids concerts I saw in Seattle were better than all of them.
Most of my lifelong friends haven't listened to new music in literally decades and my 20 year old twins don't do well in crowds, so I went by myself. I met the best people! I was sitting next to a 21 year old who was smart, funny, and shared the same reasons for loving SKz--we're now following each other on Instagram and will Stay in touch. The second night, I was seated next to a young couple--she was hard over Stray; he was happy but bemused by the scene. I had brought binoculars and she and I spent the concert happily trading them back and forth and just being outrageously happy.
The message, the music, the people were all exciting, interesting, and inspiring. We are an LGBT family and I am an Aspie (on the autism spectrum) as are 2 of my kids. Stray Kids' messages of inclusion and embracing differences hits hard for us! I wish there was a way to thank Bang Chan personally, and reassure him that all of his hard work is recognized and truly appreciated.
I have also been a huge fan of yours and React to the K for years. Thanks you for sharing music and your funny and talented friends!

I originally missed out on tickets and was so sad. But then 3 days before the NJ concert an ex-coworker, who knew I liked KPOP, told me the company his wife works for had a suite at the venue and he could get me 2 of the tickets for free. I do not have any kpop friends, but my bestie who just likes good music said yes to coming with me and we both had an absolute blast. Honestly Stray Kids energy is just so great and I think their music lends itself very well to concerts.
Absolutely loved the spotlight you gave to ASL and the deaf community and that the love was amplified by HYUNJIN! 🤯
Waiting for the Atlanta stop to be rescheduled 😭 so until that or KCON LA (whichever comes first), I'll experience through this in the meantime!

Yes it is absolutely worth going to multiple SKZ concerts. I have a feeling thru out that Chan had been planning the concert after Unveil District 9. It takes time to modified recorded version of the songs, figuring out which combo of songs and in what sequence, and keep on adding new songs because it’s almost 2.5 years (!!!!). The band SKZ hired is the best live band in Korea. They are amazing! I don’t know if they had a hand in the rock arrangement or not but I bet they did.
My wish is for SKZ and the Atlanta and FW venues to figure out of make up concerts. Kcon venue is no comparison (number of seats and performance tine) to having the whole 3+ hours of pure undulated Stray Kids and Stay rave fest ❤

Took my niece on her first K-Pop concert to Stray Kids Maniac concert in Newark, NJ. We both had a blast and now she's a fan, like me. Stray Kids was awesome.
Out of all the concerts I've been to, the sense of family during stray kids's concert was unlike any other concert I've been to before. My friend and I made friends with and had a blast with two stays that sat next to us! It made the concert even better!
Omg Stays are so sweet!! I sat next to a Stay that has been a fan since the survival show. She kept trying to get her bias' attention with her banner, so I kept flashing my phone light to help her out. It was a lot of fun and I hope to see Stray Kids back in the U.S. again!

I went to 3 concerts as well… I went to the Chicago concert and both days in LA (sad I didn’t get to see you). Of all of the kpop concerts that I’ve been to (15 so far) that was the first time I lost my voice and LA day 1 was the best seat I’ve ever had closest to the stage… It was the best experience in my life.
Even though I wasn’t able to meet you or any other UA-cam Reactors that I was hoping to see, I had such an amazing and unforgettable experience. I was able to meet Stay friends that I’ve met online, and also enjoy the concert with my family that happen to also be Stays. I feel like Stray Kids and Stays truly feel like family, it’s such a sweet community to be a part of. When Hyunjin mentioned the ASL interpreters in LA Day 2, I obnoxiously screamed “OMG YOU SAW UMU’s TWEET” bc I was so shocked! Stays around me were probably confused as to why I was so excited lol I went to an elementary school where we had to learn ASL bc we had a hearing impaired program so it felt so heartwarming seeing ASL interpreters & having recognition & appreciation from the Kids themselves bc ALL Stays no matter who we are, where we’re from, who we choose to be, how old we are (yes yes I’m quoting Chan lol) are seen and loved all the same from both our favorite artists and our community. It’s a very endearing all around experience being at their concerts. It’s like walking into a building, and knowing you’re home.
But also?? The arrangements throughout the performances. Thunderous x Domino x God’s Menu is also my favorite section of the whole concert. I felt like having a live band brought life & visuals to the mala taste experience. The grittiness and rawness is so on brand of them, I loved it so much. I remember how we always wanted Chan to release his song rearrangments into an album, and now thanks to their Maniac Tour, we’ll need live concert arrangements from the live band added to this list lol

Had to miss my first Stray Kids concert 2 years ago when they were last on tour because my father in law passed away very suddenly. When they came back, my friend and I were like hell yes it’s happening.
3 days before LA night one, I got covid and had to miss the concert again. I was devastated!! However!! I recovered in time for night one in Anaheim and managed to get tickets the night before! A roller coaster of events all leading up to one of the best concert experiences of my life.
And I wouldn’t be here if not for you Umu. Your channel (and my kpop friend of course haha) brought about my love for Stray Kids and all kpop. Thank you thank you for all you do. ❤️
I used to wonder why people went to see the same concert multiple times in a row. I was like why? You see them do the same set again and again, where's the fun in that? But Stray Kids has totally changed my opinion on that. Their show blew me away and even though I went by myself, I never felt alone. I met so many other Stays while I was there and it was a blast! I went to see Stray Kids on Day 2 of LA and it was absolutely amazing❤️ I was in one of the more farther back seats and I still had the time of my life!! It was so amazing to just let go of everything I was going through at the time and just enjoy an outstanding concert❤️❤️ it was also really amazing to see how much the fandom has grown and how much they have grown since their last world tour that I attended🥰 Thank you for the video and for letting the ASL interpreters shine😊
I was in the middle in 2019 NY. That was epic. They always make audiences comfortable, made a game for us to play during intermission. Every concert is unique.
I saw them for the first time in Chicago . I had the perfect seat for me. Right dead in the middle with nobody sitting in front of me and room to dance. I was able to see the whole stage and close enough to capture special moments. Also i record everything i wanted . I met some really nice stays and passed out freebies for the first time. Someone even recognized me from instagram. It was lovely 😍 Also my first cup sleeve events ever ! Next year I might try VIP. I am short and get anxious 😟 but you made it look fun.
My first/only Stray Kids concert was Newark day 2 of this tour. I agree that the arrangements were so neat! I liked what they did with Side Effects, which isn't a song I normally listen to.
As for Stay interactions, another Stay noticed me and my friend trying to take a selfie before the show and she offered to take a photo of us. Then we talked for a bit about her experience from the concert the night before and it was just really fun to chat with another grown Stay!
That "Good potty!" was my favorite part. I walk my dog and that's so relatable. :)
Aw Umu this was so fun to watch! I'm happy you got such a cool opportunity to see them.
I went with four of my siblings and my mom to SKZ's first concert in Seattle and it was SO MUCH FUN! I had never been to a legit concert before, so I had no idea what to expect. It totally surpassed my expectations. We couldn't buy lightsticks because of how expensive they were, so we had no choice but to dance the whole time :) My favorite songs they performed were Waiting For Us (amazing vocals), Victory Song (SO HYPE), District 9 (such awesome choreo), Hellevator (same as District 9), and Haven (just good memories in general).
I have three regrets:
1. We were pretty far away so it didn't really feel like we could actually see them and be like "Wow they are real people!" There's no way we could have afforded VIP tickets, but it would have been nice to actually see their faces instead of just looking at the screen.
2. I didn't take any pictures of us all there! I was jamming so hard with my sisters that it totally slipped my mind.
3. Since it was our first concert and didn't know anyone else there, we were a little shy and didn't really talk to any other Stays. Missed opportunity :(
If they ever come back to Seattle, I've definitely got to come back again. My mom thought the members were so sweet and said that out of all the concerts she had been to, this was the most fun by far. This set the bar pretty darn high for me ♥

this was my first skz concert, and i was absolutely blown away!!!! i was able to get an 100 level seat in chicago w/ my cousin +her bf (who'd listen to his first skz song in the ride to the venue lmao) & we all had an amazing time!!! i was kind of a third wheel, but i ended up talking with the girl sitting beside me after letting her use my portable charger after hers died 😆 we ended up just screaming at each other throughout random moments in the concert, and then we became partners during the audience dance portions 💃🏻🕺🏻 overall 100000000/10 experience i'm DEFINITELY attempting VIP next time around 😤🤞

I loved this new format of concert recaps! It was so great being able to relive our concert experiences through this vid, it was my first time traveling across states for a concert and getting to meet all of your friends and our friends from past skz concerts was such a great experience! I remember how happy you were when we are able to meet hannah for lunch too, and it was just overall such a fun time and honestly one of the highlights this summer even though I’ve gone to so many concerts this summer, that weekend has definitely got to be my favorite. I honestly have never been to a concert before with that many friends and made so many new ones too! i got a floor ticket @ oakland. it was row 10 from the extended stage so i had some waving hands in the vids that i recorded, and wasn't 100% sure if they saw me or not. but i'm still very thankful to get good tickets.
i saw them at District 9 NYC in 2020 pre-COVID, and having gone thru a pretty rough 2 years of my life while listening to skz during quarantine really made it extremely meaningful that i got to see them again once more. what a great time to be alive.

the version they did for victory song is actually kind of the same as the version they performed at MAMA 2020 when they were introduced as a contestant for kingdom legendary war. It's interesting how you said it's like "a victory song after war" because that's how i felt when i was watching the performance it's like they are declaring a war at the same time imprinting that they will win the war.

I saw them in seattle and it was my 1st concet ever! I didnt know they had an ASL interpreter at thier concerts and its soooooo awesome they hyunjin have them recognition! I took sign language for 3 years in high school and I can still finger spell, but that's about it 😔 I just remember getting into it in high school & deaf culture.
I went with my sister & cousin and didn't get to talk to other stays, but in someone I remember being hype and making I contact & dancing.

i believe they used some of the arrangements from MAMA award show performances in district 9 and victory song, but i don’t know if they’ve ever used it in concert? im too lazy to check my old d9 unlock videos to see…
The reason Victory Song sounded so different from the music video is because they changed it up A LOT for their live stage performance at the 2020 MAMA awards. THAT performance was adapted to have a Spartan / 300-style theme, and it was very much a real battle song. The stage design, choreo, costumes and overall visuals are stunning, too.
You really should watch that performance. it received rave reviews after the awards show. (Be sure to watch all the way to the end, as after the "Victory Song" performance, main Stray Kids dancer Hyunjin (in his Victory Song costume) is in a dance battle with members of 2 other idol groups .)

thank you for this recap umu! I personally got to go to one of their tokyo shows and my god it was an unforgettable night. I was able to get an arena seat so relatively close to the main stage and it was surreal seeing stray kids live and in person haha. I also absolutely adored the rock section!!! I've listened to rock since I was little and knowing that skz have an interest in rock music, I always wanted to see a fusion of the two live so I was super satisfied with every performance. this was my very first big concert and I had such a blast even though I went by myself, I got really emotional at the end as well and I shed some tears. hopefully I get to see them again and experience it over and over because I swear I will never get tired of them!
Thanks for sharing this with us Umu and the I haven’t listened much to stray kids but I see through Yt at least know how much their fanbase has grown the past 2 years. Definitely gonna start listening to their music soon and that’s awesome that you got to see them in concert. One of my students that I teach you got to go to their concert and she had a wonderful time, that he lost her voice. Great that you got to meet new friends there and I hope to make some new friends when I go to my next K-pop concert I’ve went to BTS with one of my best friends from college and to Twice by myself. As someone who goes to places on her own hopefully I’ll get out of my comfort zone to make a friend there which will be nice. Shout out to the Stray Kids concert for having a ASL interpreter that is amazing and I don’t think I’ve seen that in any concert at all and it shows how incredible and thoughtful the group and/or the company is with your friend interpreting. Having a cousin that is death, that is very sweet to have that for fans as well & it really says a lot about the group and it’s super sweet that they have that. I really love the footage that you caught the members group grooving with the band I don’t see that very often but I would love to see groups reacting with musicians as well because not only instrumentalists need more recognition but when there’s live music it takes the cake! 👌🏽 I kid you not I freaked out when BTS had a live band with them in their PTD tour
