- 5000 Likes for another one!?! Thanks for watching hope you learned some techniques that you can apply to your own sniping style to increase your accuracy!
Recap:
1. Find the best posture for you.
2. Hold breathe for long range quick scopes to reduce your sensitivity.
3. Always keep your eyes moving searching for enemies.
4. Find out how much pressure your should exert on your right thumb stick.
5. Don't sprint ever unless you are positive that no one will be close that can kill you. Sprinting makes it a lot harder to be accurate on short notice.
6. Make sure to always take your time and make sure you hit your shot, speed will come to you towards the end of your gaming session.
7. Take your thumb off the left thumb stick when you see someone close range or medium range. It really helps to make sure you don't move when you shoot.
8. Don't limit yourself to only short drag scopes or pinpoint quickscopes. Do whatever is necessary for the situation at hand.
9. Pinpoint is only good for really short range.

Cuban definitely took all of your "recaps" and learned and became who he is. Thanks pred
Really awesome that you covered the whole "when to and not to hold your breath". No one ever covers that in a sniping tips vid/tutorial. Good shit Pred!!
you need to come back Pred!!
Man thanks allot you answered about every question i had. I want to be good at QS just like many others and when you post videos like this one it helps allot and it shows you truly do care about your subscribers. thanks man keep it up :)

@@lividgamer2383Lmaoo just got this notification what is this
This video was in my playlist, and I thought, 'Let's open it up.' I didn't realize it was 8 years old! I guess I've liked sniping even back then. It brings back so much nostalgia..i hope you are well dude.
best sniping tips I seen online
Sometimes I get down and don't feel like doing anything and I watch one of your videos and I'm instantly inspired to play cod and snipe...your an inspiration pred and know I'm just one of many that feel this way about you and your content...I'm looking forward to you coming back! cant wait for the dualtage to come out!
lol he said my gamertag at 8:30 is killfeeder mine is k1ll f33d21
Predator, I have to say you have been one of my biggest inspirations to quickscoping and killfeeding ever since Koncealed1122 and you still are!
That video blew my mind. I did not think that all of the things like posture and taking you thumb off of the left stick would effect your shot. Lately I have noticed that 50% of my shots were not registering so I went back and looked at my gameplay and noticed that because I dont take my thumb off of the left stick and I hold my breath all of the time this puts my shot off. This has helped so much, thanks man =D
Nice to see you being so active again bro its like Finding Something you have been looking for awhile
Thanks bro great tips. I am a short to medium dragger and wasn't sure if this was really quickscoping or not. The pin point shots r the most difficult for me I think because I try to rely on the aim assist to much. Good vid man glad ur more active these days
I honestly didn't think not moving would make that much of a deal. but it honestly helped my shot immensely. Thank you Pred
Awesome video Pred! Very informative, keep up the good work!
what sensitivity u play on i find myself changing it allot depending on how my shots r going that day?
Awesome tips man. Just started doing live coms. Kind of hard, but at the same time it's fun.
Keep em up man. One of the reasons I started sniping.
Glad we can relate on that! And thanks man!
This was one of your best vids yet. Continue This Series!!!
Hey predator! I'm from Spain, a country in Europ and i always learn something about your sniping tips and tricks! Love your vids! :D
I find for general gameplay with sniping, tactical button layout helps. Dodging can eliminate the problem with sprinting around corners sometimes, a quick jump to prone with the sprinting speed can make you very difficult to hit, and give you the best positioning to make the shot. You generally want to be moving as much as possible in CoD, it's just the actual shot you want to be still for.
I find that quickscoping is just regular sniping but with the shot being made as soon as it's accurate :)
This was sooo helpful, I favourited the video and I honestly completely agree with the pressure on the aiming stick tip. Thanks again
another great video pred! would be good to know your opinion on... wired or wireless controller... and what do you think about fps freaks? glad you are back :D
Eyes watching the whole screen, same idea as actual army training. Keep your head on a swivel looking around constantly you'll never miss anything. Good posture keeps you comfortable and focused. A light touch in some situations can be better then a more forceful one. Over confidence kills. Very useful. Keep it up.
i love how youve come back and upload everyday
A video that I have been waiting to see. I'm a novice at sniping so this video is very informative. Thank you!
I agree with all of this. These are actually really good tips. Although, I have noticed that one tip is actually a bad idea, but ONLY for competitive quickscoping, and that is the one around 7:00 where you say to just stop moving. In competitive, you want to move from side to side to make sure you aren't shot by the enemy.
awesome gameplayS! lol keep up the great work man!! jst out of curiosity what sensitivity do you play on?? ... i used to only play on ten but now i play on 8
Pred you make me laugh man :) I love your content and have been watching your vids for a long time. :)
yeah Pred the tip on lifting your thumb off the left stick is the best tip i have ever heard in one of your last video's you said you should have hit him and then you said it was because you were moving when you shot so as soon as i heard that I went in a free4all and i started hitting 50% more shots thank you so much.
I wish I saw this video before I gone through hell training with sniping... Good advise and I have to agree with you almost 100% of all your tips. Useful video !
I personally have played on auto-pilot once during a free-for-all on black ops 2 and i did really well but when I zoned back in and stopped doing so well.
i already knew a lot of this... but the tip about keeping your eyes engaged and your posture good really helped
This was incredibly helpful! Thanks Pred :)
pro tip, every shot you take, click once the right anolog stick (only if you play tactical), this puts in crouch position. I think doing this actually helps me to keep a grip on my controller allowing for better accuracy.
What sensivity fo you use?
liked :)..Ive sniped for 3 and a half years..now on PC and Xbox..and still found this pretty helpful..thanks Pred.
really good, do you prefer msr or l118a?
You always have great tips and your stuff always helps make me a better rushing sniper thanks again
Man... I miss the old Predator, hopefully he comes back with at least an upload every three days.
Agreed, that and the fact that one of those four guys is always carrying a type 95 with them and another a pp90
i remember the good ol' days. when people played video games for fun when they had extra time to play.
Great gameplay an tips I'll be using these tips more often an ill love to hear more tips for sniping/quick scoping
someone that actual gives good tips on quick scoping to the fullest detail.(connoisseur grade)
Just one thing the most important thing while sniping take you style and do what ever you think it makes you hit more...one thing i am not saying that this tips are useless they are not i snip and some of them i agree but some of them i do not use because i think i play worst than i do so train take your style and go to public matches because i think you can become a better player in public!
Good vid!
yea i was just thinking about making another video where i revisit these tips and show a video me my hands on the controller. I very well might do that. Thanks for the comment!
Nice tip, probably why I always miss when there's more than one target in my peripheral vision.
Good vid man, but i got a question. This being a MW3 vid, does it work for MW2? I sold MW3 because I would rage all the time about being spawned on. So I play MW2 more.
Thx man the not moving tipp got my game to a whole other level
I'm loving the video! Keep them up!!!!
5:14 use steady aim pro to zoom in faster after running and the stability weapon profficeny and steady aim pro is a great combination for feeding or just general quickscoping
There is. When you just suddenly see an enemy at very close range but too far to no scope and he shoots at you you simply know you won't have enough time to quickscope so you shoot when your scope is in 3/4th of the zoom-in motion. This is actually less reliable than a quickscope (obviously, your crosshairs are bigger when you shoot a halfscope) and ALOT more accurate than a noscope so that's why I use it in some situations.
i like how you say keep your eyes moving around! I dont think its stupid.I was thinking about that the other day it helps with sniping or not.good video=]
Great commentary ; )
Waiting for the next episode : )
when he says "never Sprint" the reason behind not sprinting is because your gun doesn't "come Up" Fast enough, but in Black ops 2, you have the dexterity perk... so therfore rendering this tip useless.... correct me if im wrong
Some good tips for new snipers but me personally I tend to move and quick scope a lot. I'm an aggressive sniper so I'm always on my toes and react very fast. I don't miss that many shots either so I guess it depends on the individual. People have different play styles. Speed and fast reactions come with practice tho I guess. Good comm. Out of curiosity what's your accuracy percentage?
Pred with your monitor do you play with the compent cables or do you have to have a converter for the componet cables?
thanks optic your amazing! this really helped me :)
Thanks for the tips man im going to try em out right now, i always used to hold my breath and move when Killfeeding, so now im going to try it thanks for The tips again predator (:
I still follow that stop moving when you're at medium to close range shit. I started watching this guy shortly after he disappeared... I wish I knew of him before
your gunna wanna look for the main spawns or in stuff like dropzone, you can either head to the dropzone at the end of it when there team are running out of it, or go to the dropzone which you know is coming up, and wait for them, they will all come up at the same time.
I know all of these tips, I used to be a hardcore gamer. I always sniped on 10th sensitivity, I was spot on with my shots. I stopped gaming for a while, 10 was too fast it effected my sniping a lot. Now, I'm on 5 sensitivity I'm slowly going back up.
yeah that is a great idea that way we could see exactly what you do, good to have u back pred :)
2:06
*Predator missile inbound*
Predator missile: who do you want me to blow, Predator?
Optic Predator: I need you to blow that chopper down.
2:10
Predator missile: Target locked. *boom*
NOTE: Optic Predator and Predator missile are mates. :)
Just hav a few questions pred do u use kontrol freeks, whats your K/D, and acurracy percentage?
Hey Pred, when I snipe with my MSR, should I use Steady Aim or Marksman?
Thanks :)
I would say that 22 inch screens are the best. I've played on a 32" and a 42" inch, and I prefer my 22" a thousand times better. There is zero HD lag. So monitor> HD TV. And sometimes I do. Try a 5 hour energy. its crazy haha.
you gave us where we asked for.
awesome vid,
keep it up!!!!!!!
Definitely agree that taking your time helps you in the long run
Can you explain in detail about how do you use the thumb sticks while snipping or shoot? Thx!
Pred have you made a playlist of you're live comms? If you haven't please do
Awesome tips. You explained everything that i do. Nice!
I would say the biggest tip for sniping and just playing in general is to make your own style of play, don't base it off other people. You put a lot more pressure on yourself that way and don't play as good
Quick question what if you have enough accuracy to naturally always sprint and get the kill or Multi-Kills?
Thanks bro! thats a good idea! ive found that 8 works good for me all around but i like the speed of ten. i often compromise with 9 :)
Tell me if I'm wrong... blackscope is when you shoot before the scope is completely up right?
I have been watching him since the beginning and i stil cant get over the fact that he sounds like FaZe Apex
How do you do those crazy no scopes across the maps like the ones in most of your montages????
Haven't you noticed your crosshairs getting smaller during the zoom-in? It's a 30% difference or so it makes the difference.
I have a question, if you take out ur finger off you're not going to be able to hold your breath.
The tips really work ive used them in 5 FFA match and i got 3 M.O.A.B. so thankz PRED u the best :)
God, I'm loving the videos:) I was worried he was gone for a while
Do you use kontrol freaks or do you have a scuff controller?
Do you use Kontrol Freeks? If so, what one? I have the VIPR, for the xbox. I play on ps3 though.
I used to be rally god but I have been on a dry streak for 3 months. I really think this will help me :)
can u tell us in your next vid what the best class is for quickscooping, thx
Hey Predator,
I remember playing in a MW2 lobby almost 3 years ago. And someone wrecked everybody. It was you.
I think Optic Predator played the role of Lasky's brother in Halo Forward Unto Dawn, his voice just sounds clearly identical...
do you think sniping is easier on xbox or on pc? or is there no difference?
Dude This did really Help!
can u let us no how preds 2 is coming? and when u expect to release it? maybe give us alittle preview?
I prefer to rather black scope, i got used to that and i pretty much cant pull of a long shot quickscope with that , what should i do?
best sniper tips video i ever watched thanks pred
i find it easier to drag scope than to quickscope but it's pretty much the same. Instead of when you aim down your sights instead if having the crosshairs directly over the person, you aim a little bit to the side then quickly drag the scope. Predator does this at 0:52 (but misses), at 1:09, also at 2:55
I remember watching this the same week it came out😂😌 old times.. But he's saying to make everything a reaction while taking your time
Thanx for the tips they really help post a nother video of tips
Hey Pred. I have a question about snipping. When i play a of Ground War using my Barrett .50Cal and get a score of about 30-3 but the next game is get my ass whopped by the same people. Am i too over-confident or something plz answer
Because in mw3 quickdraw lets you aim down sight faster. the scope in time in bo2 is slower.
As he said at the end, dragscoping and quickscoping are not 2 seperate things. You can quickscope and dragscope at the same time, thats what like 90% of his dragscopes in this video were.
Hey Pred i noticed that with your black magic capture device your vids are laggy :s
