Always a pleasure to watch your videos and what an amazing WIP parade. I loved that you have such enjoyment in your stitching and that so many you just want to continue on. Thank you for a great way to spend my afternoon stitching and watching. Take care and happy stitching ❤
Great video! This is a great example of a perfect WIP parade. You were prepared, organized with the details of each stitch, and it went very quickly! I would guess that you are this organized in your life and stitching… thus your ability to regularly accomplish this much stitching,❤😊
Hi Jesse! I loved the way you did your mid-year WIP parade! So many gorgeous projects! Thought I would do the hash tag so I took a picture of the piece I was going to work on during your video and just finished and took another one. I couldn’t believe it, 500 stitches, then I remembered most were half stitch! (dimensions kit, you know) Darn! At first I thought i had finally become a speed stitcher! Then I would wait patiently for your videos to do my best work. Maybe call it “Jumpstart with Jesse Marie” 😂 Stitch-con already seems like months ago. I’m so grateful I was able to meet you in person and spend time talking about our favorite craft. Thanks again for joining our birthday SAL, your bird is looking good. Have fun at the New Jersey retreat! 🤗💕
Thank you for all the stitching tips. It is nice to hear your thoughts on your projects. I learned so much by listening to you. Thank you for taking the time to make this video. Homecoming for the Holidays is beautiful! Nice to hear about your family. I once tried to teach my son how to play the piano, but after a year decided to hire a teacher. I sympathize with you. Very enjoyable video.
Awesome WIP parade! Now I want to stitch a Long Dog Samplers design. I have resisted for years but after seeing your’s, I’m so close to going for it. Have fun stitching all your beautiful WIPs.
As always, our friend, you inspire, encourage, and enable. Your love of stitching is poured into every project, and just can't get enough. Record when you can, and enjoy your next retreat ❤❤.
Loved this video Jessie :) I only found your channel late last year, and honestly I started stitching Glory of Autumn along with you then lol. I'm about 35% complete, but I guess pushing closer to autumn I'll get a move on :) Fabulous parade! Congrats on the 7yr anniversary, I didn't get to your wedding yet in my video Playlist, you made a lot of videos 😀 lol Love your channel. Such high quality and truly inspiring. Thank you. X
Oh wow! I was just wondering yesterday if you would make a mid year wip-parade, and here we are! :D 🎉🥳 thank you I am so looking forward to this later today. I’m having a bit of a rough time right now, and seeing this just now really cheered me up :) Ty for all the years you’ve been my virtual stitching companion! 🌹 edit: can we please have a 'summer last hurrah' kind of thing to spend one week solely on the summer sampler from Kooler at the end of august? :P I'ld join you!
I think it’s a good sign that so many of them were your favorite and you want to stitch more on them, lol. 😁 Thank you for putting this together! I comfort stitched on Pavane for These Times while visiting with you. Happy stitching! -Leah Noel
Loved watching your WIP Parade! Got 327 stitches on my WIP in one hour and 50 minutes 😉 And you revived my full coverage bug so I'll be stitching on my (2 tiny) HAEDs this weekend.
Love catching up with when and as you are able too. There is this thing called life and it needs to be lived and loved. Enjoy your family and your stitching.
I love the numbers pulled for July's WIPGO. I have only item to work on for five days, the other two is free space and something I finished at Stitch-con.
So enjoyed your parade. Exquisite. Your bumble bee new start is gorgeous The projects that came up for you this month is why I have excluded seasonal projects from my wipgo board.
Fantastic video! I share your love of Madame La Fee - not actually stitched anything by them but I have a few charts 🤷♀️🤦♀️😂 I’m kind of surprised they’re not more well known 🙂
Great video Jess! I would like to nominate one of your WIPs for focus on a finish next year...I'll post it in my stories. I think it would be so fun and you were geeked talking about it.
Also, have you seen you get a pretty lengthy shoutout in Julie Kansas city girl in a Colorado world mid year WIP parade 😊It’s in the first 5 mins when she talks about researching the origins of a WIP parade 😊
I like that summer piece too! Colors Are Gorgeous. And I feel the same way about summer. Do not like it. "It is just a bridge between Spring & Fall". Love that! I appreciate your side by side stills to show your progress!!!!!!!! Thank you for that. 👏
Such a fun video seeing all of your wips (for this year so far). I am not on instagram so thought you might like to know that I stitched 561 stitches on my HAED What's This and hit 25,000 stitches whilst watching! Have a great July. xxx
Jessie! We have missed you! You have certainly made a ton of progress in the last couple of months. I love your Spring Dragon on the Cauldron Bubble fabric! Gorgeous! And your Chatelaine project Poison Garden is simply epic! Can’t wait to see more on all of these projects!
I love your variety of projects and am amazed at how much you accomplish. I'm hoping to restart Quinto Acuto next month. Looking forward to seeing yours.
Ok I totally understand the editing…I spend all day editing my videos and feel as if I only film for 20 minutes lol. I am loving all the Halloween projects and suddenly want to pull out any I have!! 😂
Wow! I do not know how you put it all away! I am waiting to start Happy Campers by Blue Flower. I am so impatient to do so, but it is not one of my 6 for 60 new starts in August for my 60th birthday. My rule is I cannot start one unless one of equal size (mini, small, medium, large, full coverage) has been finished. Otherwise, I have too many to store (1 bedroom apt) let alone too many for my mind to handle, especially putting them away when I NEED to finish. Guess I am a progress stitcher, just not monogamous.
Amazing WIP parade - so many pretty things to look at! It’s amazing that you get so much done, your goal setting is very inspiring. I know this year your goal is to touch all of your WIPs, but have you ever tried or considered trying a yearly goal where you set one of your HAEDs as the focus piece and try to finish it completely in a year?
We were at the same weekend together, but never got to meet. It was such a fun time, though! You're inspiring me to start all of my full coverage projects, for sure. My tablemate grabbed Moonlight Sampler for her mom to stitch and it's so pretty!
I am so sorry we didn't get to meet. It's such a whirlwind event and there's just never enough time. Let's make it happen next time we're in the same place. : D
I agree with one of the other commenters- this really was a perfect WIP parade! You managed to get through a lot of projects very smoothly. In an update sometime, would you mind talking about how your new Gus Custom Creations stand compares to your needleneeds stand please? And which you prefer? (I have the NN stand but am curious about Gus CC stand) thank you so much if you can x
Hi Hayley! So I don't have a Needleneeds stand, just a couple of their Millennium frames. I love my Gus stand for sofa stitching and with my giant frame but I use my Lowery almost exclusively in my stitch spot.
Thank you for a great WIP parade! Love many of the designs you're working on, but especially the Madame la Fee one. I'm thinking about doing one for many years now, but somehow never bought a pattern. A question: when you stitch on 40ct or higher, do you stitch over 1 or over 2?
Hi, Yvonne! I'm so sorry it's taken me so long to reply. Most of my "plain" fabrics have come from two sources: 123stitch.com and Hobby House Needleworks. Both are pretty excellent resources. Hope that helps!
Hi Randi. Yes, I use a bunch of spreadsheets. And since I've been working on a lot of these for a lot of years, they've come up multiple times in WIP parades and WIP updates so the info is sticking naturally. : D
Thank you! I mostly use a Millennium frame from Needleneeds and I love them. They're heavy and expensive but I love the drum tight tension and the large working space that's available to me. Hope that helps!
Hi, Renee. That's called a parking bobbin. Helps corral the hanging threads when I'm not using them. That particular one is from the brand Bob-eez that I bought on Amazon.
When you say a Halloween Quaker is more complicated than another, what are you referring to? Is it bigger? More colors? The pattern is hard to read? Just wondering. Thanks
Hi, Lisa. I can't remember exactly which project I was referring to when I said that but I think it was Thine is the Trick and the Treat by Prairie Moon. That one is slightly more complex than some of the other Halloween quakers I have done / am doing because it contains quarter stitches and for some reason, I keep making counting errors on it. It's not necessarily the size or the number of colors - since I stitch HAEDs and enjoy them, that's not really a factor for difficulty for me. But this particular chart is proving more complicated than I expected. Hope that answers.
Hi Susan! My apologies for such a late reply. I'm using two strands for the letters. Since that thread is a Thread Gatherer silk, the coverage is pretty stellar.
Always get so excited when I see you have a WIP parade. So good ! Thanks for sharing your beautiful projects.
Always a pleasure to watch your videos and what an amazing WIP parade. I loved that you have such enjoyment in your stitching and that so many you just want to continue on. Thank you for a great way to spend my afternoon stitching and watching. Take care and happy stitching ❤
Hi Jessie Marie! I enjoyed your mid-year WIP parade! You have been busy! Enjoy watching your progress! Happy Stitching!
Great video! This is a great example of a perfect WIP parade. You were prepared, organized with the details of each stitch, and it went very quickly! I would guess that you are this organized in your life and stitching… thus your ability to regularly accomplish this much stitching,❤😊

I love that you show photos of your comparison pieces and you keep them up long enough for our brains to process what we are seeing. TY
As always, our friend, you inspire, encourage, and enable. Your love of stitching is poured into every project, and just can't get enough. Record when you can, and enjoy your next retreat ❤❤.
Love all your projects and the progress you made. Happy stitching!
Amazing wip parade. You have some gorgeous pieces ❤️. Thanks for sharing. Stay safe, take care and happy stitching always ❤️❤️

Gorgeous WIPs as usual. Love watching your videos - you’re stitching is such an inspiration 💖🥰 Thank you for keeping me company while I worked 😂 😊🥰

Love seeing WIP Parades!! One of these days, maybe I’ll actually coordinate all my WIPs in one place and “attempt” to make a FlossTube! 😂
DO IT! Even if you only ever do the one video, WIP parades are lots of fun and great at rekindling love for "forgotten" projects. :D
Oh my goodness, I didn’t want this parade to end! ~ I too am still salty that we didn’t get snow. Lol
I really enjoyed seeing all your projects. You have some great pieces, one or two I’m doing also. Thanks for spending this time to make the video
Watch till the end ❤ currently working on a custom order, can’t post it on insta, sorry, but I did a ton of progress. Thank u!!!!
Gorgeous wips. Thank you for sharing. Until next time take care and happy stitching ❤
Loved watching your WIP Parade! Got 327 stitches on my WIP in one hour and 50 minutes 😉 And you revived my full coverage bug so I'll be stitching on my (2 tiny) HAEDs this weekend.
Wow
Would love to see your wall of fully finished projects ❤
I love a good WIP parade! It’s been so fun to watch and so inspiring❤️
I always love a parade...! I'm so glad you decided to share all of this with us!🪡👠
Love catching up with when and as you are able too. There is this thing called life and it needs to be lived and loved. Enjoy your family and your stitching.

Awesome wip parade! Love seeing your projects come to life. 💕
Let’s face it you love all your stitching. Loved seeing your projects.
Love that we have sister bags! It was such a pleasure to experience stitch con with you. 💜
Excellent WIP parade! I love sooo many of your projects. Thank you for taking the time to put this together. 😊
So enjoyed your parade. Exquisite. Your bumble bee new start is gorgeous
The projects that came up for you this month is why I have excluded seasonal projects from my wipgo board.
Thank you so much for this video. It was so great. Happy stitching
I got so excited to see this video pop up in my feed and also got so close to a finish!! Gorgeous progress on amazing projects.
Love that your doing Poison garden. It’s on my start list. ❤❤
So many lovely projects! It was a fantastic WIP parade video! I loved your enthusiasm for your projects!
I appreciate the variety of your projects. I stitched on Simple Gifts Courage while I watched. Great video.
Fantastic video! I share your love of Madame La Fee - not actually stitched anything by them but I have a few charts 🤷♀️🤦♀️😂 I’m kind of surprised they’re not more well known 🙂
Wow, you’ve got a lot of wips to work on. All very beautiful. You’ve got another follower ❣️🦉
This was so fun to watch! I loved hearing all of the excitement in your voice!
Wonderful WIP parade. Thank you Jessie. You are always a pleasure to watch. I got a good 2 hours of stitching on Wonder Whale by OFE.
Great video Jess! I would like to nominate one of your WIPs for focus on a finish next year...I'll post it in my stories. I think it would be so fun and you were geeked talking about it.
I am not on IG but I only got 131 stitches on my full coverage piece while watching you. Beautiful projects!!!

Amazing video. I love everything single thing! Good thing that I'm stitching a lot of those already! 😂

@@JessieMarieDoesStuff ah thank you. Do you use the long frame adaptor for the lowery or just clamp onto the side of your frames?
Wow 🎉👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Love love love!

Hi there! On 40 count or higher, I stitch over 2, unless that pattern calls for some over 1. :D
❤❤❤
Why yes. I liked this without even watching it, yes I did. (I'll watch it later)
🤗
Super enjoyable video. Love your progress on all. Like to know if you have a certain shop you get your basic color fabric not overdyes?. Take care
Hi, Yvonne! I'm so sorry it's taken me so long to reply. Most of my "plain" fabrics have come from two sources: 123stitch.com and Hobby House Needleworks. Both are pretty excellent resources. Hope that helps!
You know so many facts and stats about each project. Do you keep a spreadsheet to remember it all?
Hi Randi. Yes, I use a bunch of spreadsheets. And since I've been working on a lot of these for a lot of years, they've come up multiple times in WIP parades and WIP updates so the info is sticking naturally. : D

Bonjour
Si vous pouviez mettre le nom de la grille et le créateur de vos projets pour pouvoir les acheter , merci beaucoup.
I'm curious. what is it that you have your threads wound around on your dimensions kit that was at the beginning of your video?
Thanks

But this particular chart is proving more complicated than I expected. Hope that answers.
Jessie can you tell me in the wip of AUGUST how may strands of thread do you use on the the letters of AUGUST? Happy Stitching
Hi Susan! My apologies for such a late reply. I'm using two strands for the letters. Since that thread is a Thread Gatherer silk, the coverage is pretty stellar.
